Hello,
I am seeing something really odd. When i edit the theme using safari, the website has a side cart. But when i open the link on my phone or even some other desktop browser, the side cart gets disabled and the cart icon becomes a link.

Does the theme function with any other slider than Revolution Slider? After wasting a lot of time trying to figure out why all images turn out blurry, the issue appears to come from images only used through Revolution Slider. In addition, it’s not at all a user-friendly plugin. Theme developers should take into consideration to use features that are user friendly and not bloatware or plugins as frustrating as Revolution Slider.

We have many products that have NEW label (we also set the option to 60 days, to keep the NEW label)
In a page for New Arrivals, I’ve added the Products Widget and set the option to have “Products with NEW label”. But it shows nothing. (although if you visit our shop, you’ll see a lot of products with NEW label)
Is there an issue with that widget?

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

the thing is that the site started to work slowly after the update of Mac OS on Big Sur and Safari 14.0.3. Works fine in other browsers. Hello, your “Promo banner” element in WP bakery adds a background image. However, currently the background images cannot be converted to webp which results in poor performance (especially if the images are big). That thumbnail is fixed now, but the menu dropdown is not working correctly. Take a look on the right menus. the dropdowns are showing on the 3rd menu which is very wrong.
