Hola. ¿Donde se puede poner la licencia del tema? Usé este tema en el pasado y me gustaría utilizarlo en otras páginas, pero me está dando problemas y puede que sea por la licencia.

Our themes do not require you to enter a license code inside WordPress.
Your ThemeForest purchase code is only used for verifying your purchase when you open a ticket in our Support Center — it is not entered anywhere inside the theme itself.
If you used the theme in the past and want to use it on a new website, you simply need to download the installable WordPress theme file from your ThemeForest account and install it normally. There is no license activation step inside the dashboard.

Hola, gracias por su rápida respuesta. Hice esto, pero de repente empezaron a fallar algunos elementos. Por ejemplo, el elemento “Jws Nav Menu” ha dejado de funcionar en el layout Horizontal y solo se representa de manera vertical. Lo he tenido que sustituir por el elemento “Menú WordPress” pero no tiene en cuenta los estilos en el submenú desplegable. Pensaba que era por la licencia. Tengo licencia de Elementor Pro activada

When I edit the mobile Header, something happens that makes the site take a while to load.

Can you please advise me how can I import sample data into Elementor?. Im trying to import “tech startup” demo and it just contains 3 files: option.json, sample.xml and slider (slider revolution).
sample.xml does not correspond to the data demo on the zahar demo.
I also tried to export demo data (json files) by using “import template into yur library” option from elementor and it gives me an error: an error ocurred

Hi, I’m very disappointed because of the support they are giving, So far 3 tickets issued for the bugs of the theme consist of plugin update issues, elementor pro bug issues, etc. I’m not getting the proper solution that I’m asking for. Hello, Im sorry, is there any way of keeping pages files, after overwrite a demo-content? I, mean everytime I import a new demo content, pages from the old content demo imports are deleted and just new ones are shown in page section. Thank you very much.

Hello, Thanks for you quick messsage. Yes, I chosen install manual importing, but now I have two issues: (a) the default font used in demo website (https://zahar.jwsuperthemes.com/) is not loaded (b) banners are not ocupping the full with. (c) icons from font sources are not loaded neither. Thank you very much. PS: I have followed steps from the video for importing the xml (content) and the json (theme options)
