I love the theme but its slow to load on mobile,is it possible to optimize it to load faster on mobile

Just wondered how the related properties works. Because at the moment it only shows the latest properties. Is there a way to narrow this down to properties in the same location or price range?

Hi. Pre-sale quiestion. Is it possible to set a max or min of featured listings depending on the plan? i.e. standard plan 2 featured listing, extended 5 featured listing, premium 10 featured listing.

I have a pre sales question.

Would I be able to do the following.

1. Hide loginin / register

2. Hide Submit property

3. Hide Agents on the entire site

4. On the property filter page https://www.demoapus-wp1.com/homeo/properties/ would I be able to hide items like – search by distance, region, status, price… and have only things like a beds / baths /

5. Will I be able to add new criteria like – Lot Width / Number of Storeys / Number of cars in garage / etc.. new fields basically.

Basically, I want to make a website for a construction company and a list of properties they’ve built and make the properties searchable. Not a realetate site as such.

This theme doesn’t have a sticky search bar at the top. Or may be I can’t find it?

It’s surprising that this template does not have a more visible Sticky contact options in the property listing page, this is by far the most important aspect of converting sales, i think there should be an update this month which should include such an improvement, check the image linked below for sample https://ibb.co/nj0H10C

Here is my review after testing this theme and their support for the past couple of days. Make sure you read it before purchasing this theme.

Design : One thing I liked about this theme the most was it’s simple and eye catching design. Everything looks pleasing to the eye. There will be some minor issues here and there which are expected in pre built themes like these. If you want to have a small website with the blog and some listings, go for it.

Features : When it comes to features and functionalities this theme doesn’t do justice to it’s pricing. I bought it when it was on sale so it doesn’t hurt me that much. This theme lacks many features which you will find in themes like Houzez or RealHomes for the same price. Homeo has a packages system. You can buy as many packages as you can but none of these packages has any duration. They should learn from Houzez’s Membership system and do some research. If you are going to charge a fees for your listings then that should have a proper invoicing and plans. This theme lacks this feature and is probably the reason I am not going to use it for my website which will accept payments from Agents/Agencies.

This theme does have a messaging system though which I liked but that messaging system also needs to be dynamic and show notifications in real time. May be use Ajax/React?

CRM : I prefer Houzez’s CRM with all the charts and leads stuff. Homeo needs to improve this feature. May be in future they will if they want to?

Mistakes/Bugs : Anyone who is testing this theme like me would have noticed this thing in Edit Profile page. Once you log in to your dashboard, you can change your email to any email you want and press the Update button. So where is the problem? Problem is same email can be used by multiple agents. Noticed the same with Phone Number field too. I tried to explain it to developers also but they are saying that since the registered email is different it doesn’t matter, they won’t get any email alerts etc. In an ideal scenario, once you update your email you should get an error if that email has already been used once in your whole website. After you check that then the user should get an email to verify that email address and same with Phone Number. Please tell me where am I wrong in asking the developers to correct this silly mistake?

Packages : There is no duration, nothing on packages. It seems like these packages are like life time deals. You can give them a plan of 100 properties for $199 but there should be a duration also. They should get an email notification after 1 year or whatever duration we have set that their plan is expiring and in order to keep your properties list you must renew it asap. There should be an option to Upgrade/Downgrade packages also.

Suggestions:

Images/Media: Right now it stores all images/media in Uploads directory in Year/Month format. It is fine for images that are uploaded from WordPress backend but theme should give an option to choose a directory for images that are uploaded from frontend by Agents/Agencies.

Login Popup on Phone Number/Email click: I have seen in many websites that when a guest clicks on a phone/email button it asks the user to login first. This theme has that “show” phone feature but that is not useful. Anyone can view Agents email/phone. Personally I wouldn’t want to list emails there anyway because there is a contact form on the page alongwith Message box.

Support : So far support has been pretty good. They reply on time and quickly.

Conclusion :

I am not sure what is their roadmap because this is not the only theme they are working on but I want them to update this theme fast and at least correct the mistakes I have listed above. I have read some of their replies here and it seems for every basic thing they want to charge customization fees. If you want your theme to be in the same league as Houzez or Real Homes you will have to listen to those who have purchased this theme and update it regularly. Your theme is lacking so many basic features. This is the only way you are going to get more sales. Listen to your customers please. Thanks.

I’m wondering if there is a way to change the name of the field showed in the single property page, I’ve changed the label of it in the fileds manager but it’s still “Baths” instead of what I wanted it to be.

Hi guys, can you use this theme without enabling the function for anyone to upload a property? Simply have the ‘super admin’ list properties and that’s it? Without the ‘crm’ dashboard and any of those features. If so, how?
