Hello! You say in the item description to ask everything before purchase. So…
1. Can this theme be installed and activate in a wordpress multisite setup running on sub-domains?
2. Do you use other then de default user roles of wordpress? I need to install this theme in a sub-domain as a side service provided (community for our users) and I want them to register on another website (separate install) and push the user credentials and assign roles using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-remote-users-sync/#description For this to work, I need to know if the users still have the default subscriber role.
4. Are there any demo credentials to login on your demo website? If yes, please tell us (I didn’t found them in the description).
5. On mobile, the demo is not loading at all. (iPhone)
6. Any of the gamification credits / badges / points or whatever… can be linked with other user meta data from another website from the multisite network? Basically it’s the same SQL database. I also run in the same multisite network a courses website (Masterstudy theme also from envato). Each time a user completes a course or quiz, I would like to add badges and credits in the Vikinger theme. I bet this is not available out of the box, but are there solutions for this? If there are solutions, are you available to help me to achieve this?
7. What are the plans for the future of this product? I had enough with promising products and pretty design interface on envato from authors that once they publish a new product, they abandon the old one and never maintain it. Will also be any integrations features? I care about design and UI / UX but I care more about features, functionality and integrations / micro-interactions.
8. Are there any additional extra cost plugins or products that I need to purchase beside the cost of this theme in order to achieve everything and have 100% working website just like in your demo?
9. Are there any limitations regarding other wordpress plugins?
10. What’s your support reply time? Interested in the maximum time I need to wait for a reply to a ticket.

paid GamiPress extensions are not supported right and you saying this is gamipress theme ? Is it possible to run gamipress fully your theme?
Hi bsolake, the basic features of GamiPress (achievements, points and ranks) are all supported and styled, as you can see in the live preview. Sadly, other free or paid addons are not currently supported, which means that you may need additional code customization/styling in order to integrate them (this is mainly to the really custom nature of the design). Hi Threadandbutter, 1- BuddyPress if a free plugin, the theme uses if to power the social functionality. 2- The theme uses Elementor for the landing and you can create new pages, just please keep in mind that some pages, like the BuddyPress ones (newsfeed, profile, etc) cannot be edited with Elementor Thanks for letting us know! I see that they comment that one must use third-party plugins to moderate the budypress, we bought the buddypress moderations tools and it does not work with the template, we hired 3 development companies and they tell me that it cannot be integrated since the template has the functionalities of the buttons in react native, is there an option for you to enable this at once? since without moderation you can not do anything with this.

Thank you for all the help figuring out the ins-and-outs of your theme. I can see that your theme uses the default Wordpress login page and that “base” buddypress profile fields (required registration fields like “name”) work correctly. While these additional profile fields display on the Wordpress login page, it is only the profile field “name” that is styled correctly.
I hope your dev team can offer a fix for this before your WooCommerce update. Requiring additional fields on registration (date selector – birthday, gender – radio field/dropdown, or phone number) help administrators to better understand their user demographics which translates to better sales when selling products and services as well as content creation. There are also a number analytic plugins that detect these base buddypress fields in order to give a breakdown of demographics.

I would like to know how to manage user uploaded media? My users have uploaded various images but they do not display in my WordPress Media library. I have followed your documentation to install your theme successfully and I have ensured all of your plugins are installed and up-to-date via Vikinger (menu)—> General. “Vikinger Media” is installed but I cannot find the menu option for this in my WP Dashboard menu options or submenus. Vikinger Media plugin in the Wordpress plugin directory does not give me a link to settings or mange (states that the plugin is network activated but even in the network dashboard there are no other options).
Could you please reach out to me with a solution for this. I need the ability to delete unattached images. Also, do any image optimization plugins like shortpixel work with your media plugin? Thank you and I hope to hear from your team soon.

The Vikinger Media plugin doesn’t have a separate menu or manage screen, its options can be changed by using the “Customizer” -> “Vikinger Settings” -> “Media”.
Keep in mind that images and videos are deleted from the server when the related content is deleted:
1) Deleting a user/group deletes all media uploaded by the user / in the group.
2) Deleting an activity that contains media, deletes said media.
Images and videos uploaded by users are saved to your WordPress install “wp-content/uploads/vikinger” directory.
There are no image optimizations used currently, however you can control all these Media options from the Customizer:
1) Enable/Disable photo upload.
2) Set maximum photo upload size.
3) Set photo upload allowed file extensions.
4) Enable/Disable video upload.
5) Set maximum video upload size.
6) Set video upload allowed file extensions.

My only worry was that deleting user content did not delete the media on the server. I’m very happy to learn that it does! Thank you.
On a related issue, I haven’t had the time to test this myself, but has your team ensured media is deleted when using the BP – Bulk Delete plugin? It looks like there are no plugins that make it possible to offload buddypress media with a service like Amazon S3. Server storage is a major issue when dealing with hundreds of groups espeically when facing an influx of users. This plugin definitely helps this issue.

Hi JoaoEscobar, sadly BuddyPress doesn’t have a moderation feature integrated, so they rely on users using third party moderation plugins in order to do it. We really wish that BuddyPress had some mod/report tools for us to integrate. We’re currently working on WooCommerce, so we don’t think something like this would be ready for the next update. Greetings – We purchased this theme for our platform some months back and we are currently having some issues with having the thumbnails that users may share/post to show on the ‘Newsfeed’ wall of the template/platform… The development team has tried redirecting the URLs but the issue remains due to https URLs automatically redirecting to http URLs for images and other static elements… Is there any way possible we can receive some assistance with this matter?
