The issue is becuase of the update you sent us and the issue is from your side not sure why I have to pay more. I appracite that we should pay for your service but not if that is due to a an issue with the theme itself
Dear customer , you can do a clean install of wordpress and make sure that the problem is not related to our theme . In any case, it is normal that after 3 years you can simply extend the support for a minimum amount and get help instead of looking for a programmer who will have to pay much more . Thanks

Dear author, I bought Autozone a few years ago and updated it this time. I updated WordPress to 5.7.1 and then the theme.
