I got this template and while was eorking on the first page, home I noticed there is no box like the screenshots for entering the domain name check. Then I decided to continue to work on the page and suddenly the edits won’t save I keep getting a server error and my edits will no longer save. I checked with my hosting and there is nothing going on with the server. I logged into another of my websites on the same server and on that one I have no problems.I wasted money on this because there is no way to get it to work correctly.
This is just a template kit so some functions will not work fully. Thanks
We installed this theme from Envato Elements of which we’re a paying customer.
I’ve installed this theme as it looked nice for a project. After install and setting up the website, we’ve identified an issue, where if you select/set a page as “privacy policy” or “articles page” the page will lose all styles, the header shows unformatted, etc. We’ve sent an email to themesflat email on the past 21st of April about this, I haven’t received word as of yet. – Very disappointing.
Today, the 26th of April, there was an update available for the plugin “Themesflat Addons for Elementor”. We updated the plugin. Since then, we cannot edit any page with Elementor, as Elementor Page Builder will not load. We had to enable Safe Mode on Elementor, and only after disabling this plugin the Elementor Page Builder started working normally again.

Dear themesflat, I do not need you to login and install a demo for our site. This is a new site, made last week, with everything setup by the book. I don’t know exactly if you’re insinuating we’re stupid, or exactly what is your point, but I find your insistence insulting. As you can see on the video, we only have three extra plugins beside the ones installed with your theme: Allow webp image, a plugin we’ve used in hundreds of sites without any issue, WHMpress, which is also a widely known and used plugin, and WP Domain Checker. Since the 1.6.5 update to your “Themesflat Addons For Elementor” plugin, Elementor stopped working properly, as you can see on the video. Disabling your plugin, and ONLY your plugin, returns function to normal. I suggest you focus more on this, and less on “WP blank” and our site user name and pass. We have a closed development environment. We have purchased dozens of themes from Envato Theme Forest, and used many from Elements as well, without issues. Also, I’ve already sent you the email.

No, you didn’t sent me a video. A video is what lies on the link above, that anyone can download and watch without effort. You sent me a file with the extension .tscproj, which hardly is a video. A file with the extension .mov, .mp4, .avi is a video. I don’t have Camtasia, nor intend to install to see a how many seconds clip. Please convert the file to a movie format, so it can be seen. Thank you
Anyway: We investigated further why the Elementor Page Builder was failing. After investigating throughly we realized it is being caused by an incompatibility with another plugin “Elementor WHMCS Elements” by VOID Coders. Removing this plugin also fixes the Elementor Page Builder issue, while having “Themesflat Addons For Elementor” plugin enabled. However, we’re looking forward to see the movie you mentioned, in a proper movie format, not in a proprietary format .tscproj that requires the installation of third-party software to be seen. We would also like to add that the issue of the unformatted header and footer with Posts Page and Privacy Policy is since fixed. Good job on that. But, there’s another detail to it: Assigning the Blog template you supply to “Posts Page” doesn’t apply the template to the page. It appears blank, without elements, and if you try to edit on Elementor Page Builder it shows this error: https://ibb.co/30Xd0Nj This happens after assigning the page as “Posts Page” at Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings and setting the page with your imported “Blog” template as “Posts Page”.
