Yes, they made a chat that resides in an individual group – which is different than a single person having a chat with a group of people if that make sense. The url format is https://example.com/groups/examplegroupname/bp-messages/ – Vikinger formats it correctly, there just isn’t a button for it (like in the header where the forum, timeline, members, videos etc buttons are

Some question about the Membership-Feature: its possible to create private groups. Is it possible with the membership-plugin to “buy an access” to private groups or is the membership only to access the website?

If we select the age field in the profile field, the age will increase dynamically. Can you allow some fields to increase automatically in future updates?I would like to know if the “age” field dynamically increases with the passing years?

Good, the other day the custom fields of profiles worked for me, but now not all of them suit me, neither the interests nor any other, only the social links work for me, could this be due to a bug?

Will you be adding compatibility with WordPress block editor or are you always going to require people to use Elementor for this theme?
Hi Multivariate, please keep in mind that Elementor is only for some pages (like the landing). Most of the BuddyPress pages cannot be customized by Elementor (BuddyPress doesn’t allow this), you’ll need to do it via code. Best Regards
Oh, I saw your tutorial and it showed that Elementor is required. In answer to my question, is your theme set up to use just the WordPress block editor? The reason I ask is because there are more and more block plugins that are enhancing the block editor without the need for heavy page builders.
Sorry, as we mentioned before, the WordPress block editor doesn’t work with this theme, mainly because BuddyPress pages (for example, the profile pages, or newsfeed) cannot be customized by it (nor with other builders)
You didn’t mention before that the WordPress block editor doesn’t work with your theme. So, you do require only Elementor. Thank you for making that more clear. I will look somewhere else.

My experience/ suggestion. Please integrate with Paid Memberships Pro. You can acheive everything you are looking for with the free version but there are more than 65 addons that go way beyond other membership plugins.
We are currently powering dozens of communities with Restrict Content Pro and from a development standpoint…it is lacking! Plus they have raised there premium prices recently:(
We are looking to move away from Restrict Content Pro. As are a lot of my friends from development forums.
Please advise what it would take to integrate the design styles into PaidMembership Pro. I would also like to see the PMP account functions integrated with the vikinger user profile. PMP uses woocommerce so that should be straight forward.

1] what points system plugin do you use with this theme and can i switch it and use mycred codex.
2] the points plugin that comes with the theme can i set it up 4 users to transfer points to each other thru an admin request forum
3] can i set it up for users to only be able to like post and comments if they have points each post or comment they like a points get deducted from their point balance
4] can i set it up for users to show their point balance on their profile or hide it if they choose and a points activity page for users

Hi pcguay, we don’t recommend you using PHP 8 because WordPress is not yet compatible with it, so this may cause errors (not something that has to do with the theme, but with WordPress itself) we recommend you to roll back to the previous version of PHP you were using. Best Regards
