Hallo, ich habe das Problem, dass die Seite auf dem Handy sowohl vom Design als auch dem Inhalt komplett von der Desktop-Version abweicht. Bei der Handy-Ansicht ist beispielsweise der Header das Woodmart-Logo, es werden die vorgegebenen Portfolio-Seiten ect. angezeigt, das vorgegebene Menü usw.. Dies ist nicht der Fall, wenn ich die Seite über PC Desktop-Version öffne. Da stimmt alles mit den von mir gemachten Designs und Anpassungen. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

I really like this theme but since v6.xx there are always any problems. Always a lot of work to do and with the latest update the whole layout is broken and hard to fix – I still trying to fix it since hours

I am really disappointed in the quality of the theme. Each time you make larger update we have to “extend” our support and pay extra money. I already purchased your there with lifetime updates guarantee. I expect updates without bugs!
I will not pay extra money each time something is wrong with your updates. This time portfolio page is broken (Each time we visit portfolio page for the first time there is only text “View Large” and items are loading only after page reload).
I want this to be solved without paying any extra money.

I did update it because it’s currently 1.0.28. I am not talking about updating instructions because I am following them carefully each time you make an update.
The point is that almost every time something goes wrong – we have to pay and extend support. Well that ain’t gonna happen this time. The error I get on portfolio when i open console is 404 error server failed to fetch portfolioEffect.min.js:1.
I know that there are thousands of users who are using support as a beginner’s tutorial and nobody is able to handle such large number of basic questions – I support your work and I always respect it and pay but this time it’s really not ours fault!
If it still doesn’t work, please, send us your admin access using the contact form on our profile page so we can check what is wrong.

Hi dear, In the Document you wrote: “Enable the timer on your shop page in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Countdown timer”. There is no option at “Theme Settings -> Shop -> Countdown timer” I can only find “Theme Settings -> Product page -> Show / hide elements -> Countdown timer”. The last one is not working. I can’t disable the Countdown timer. So I would like to insert sale price and period but the countdown should be hidden in the productpage. For now I disabled it by css. which is not okay for always. Regards.

Sorry, the right path is Theme Settings -> Shop -> Product styles -> Countdown timer We have corrected this in our documentation too.

Sorry, but we don’t have such a page in our theme. You might try to customize our Portfolio post type. You can also change its URL slug in Theme Settings -> Portfolio.

Yes, both builders have the same set of elements. We can’t say which one is better for SEO, but as Elementor is now a more popular builder we usually prefer using it in our projects.

This theme is excellent, loads of demo content, very flexible and works really well.
Just one suggestion …in the Information Box element, it would be great to have the facility to choose font icons (eg fontawesome, material design etc) to add icons, rather than having to upload icon images.

Currently, there is no such option in our theme. But it can’t be easily achieved. You can build your tablet header and hide some elements on mobile devices with custom CSS. Please, specify which elements you want to hide and we will provide you with a CSS snippet. Anyway, if we implement this option, it would work in a similar way. We don’t plan to allow three totally separate HTML structures since it will harm the performance a lot.
