I have whmcs installed in a sub server, but i have copied everything over but the index.php file. all the css and images and what not are with the whmcs install.

So no this is an issue with the menu and its also effecting other people.
I’m talking about whmcs not the website itself.. im not sure what you are talking about i provided you with a username and password to log in so you can see the menus do not work in this whmcs ver. Please email me.

Whole template should be in root folder of your site and whmcs instalation in subfolder. Some of the files in whmcs client area refer to this root folder, so that’s why I’m asking for the link where you’ve installed template itself. Strangely I never received from any customer question about menu.

I’ve noticed that you using https but template itself refer to jquery on external server. Make sure you’ve got a copy all files on your server and refer to them as it’s need for secure protocol.
How is that stopping the menus from working properly also where is this file located so i can fix it.
I put everything on there that you have provided for me. If you’re saying you didnt give me all the files then please send all the files. Whmcs is pretty much broken since nobody can click on any of the menus in the clients area.
On that link you provided I can see only client area – no site template at all. Can you show me where did you install template ?

The whmcs template is probably out of date (I’m using the latest whmcs release), im getting all sorts of bug/layout issues.
Every dropdown menus are broken. Please help.

It may not be as perfect but for the moment it will do it until you release an uipdate.
I love this design but for some reason for the WHMCS theme my packages are still multi colored and doesnt follow the black and white like your screen shots, I have everything set correctly and the shopping cart is set to comparison. Any ideas?

Email sent, Theres another issue where your cannot apply promotion codes when you click the go button it doesnt work. I flipped to a different shopping cart and it worked. So its something your calling in the comparison cart and it isnt working.

This is really strange … this is completely separate file of my template. Try switch to different theme for a moment and check if it’s still broken
Yes, that was the problem, thank you. I removed the underscore and now it loads the source from the right folder. Im kinda new in WHMCS and i will try to make the home page look like the demo you provided. I hope i wont need your help …
Hi, i bought this template because i really liked it and i want to use it as a whmcs template. I put whmcs folder of the archive in my whmcs installation folder (subfolder templates). In the general tab of my settings i chose “Ultimate_hosting” but nothing changed in the look. I dont think its cache but what is your advice ?

If you’ve got template in root and your whmcs in subfolder that’s ok as long you provide the name of this folder in css and images links. New whmcs doesnt like in template folders names underscores or anything that’s not a character – rename folder with template and try.

How do I install the client area template? I have not been able to figure that out. I’ve done all the editing for the main page so I know I installed at least that correctly.
Hi, Matt. It’s really weird, I was home when I wrote the message, now I’m at work, with the same version of Chrome, and it shows no error. Perhaps it’s some kind of cache or something. I’ll check it again later.
Anyways, the bug was that the images on the top slider were missing the lower part, only showing around 25% of the image, I’d say.
Thanks for the quick answer, I really loved the theme, and it’s so cheap that even if I have some trouble when implementing it I think it’s worth buying.

I’m really interested in buying this template, but I got a few questions.
1) The top slider is not working in Google Chrome (version 21.0.1180.79 m).
2) Let’s say I buy it… would I be able to download any updates such as bug fixes?
3) And what about the integration with WHMCS , how hard is to do that?

1. That strange – I’m using exactly the same and it works … you saying it doesn’t work at all ? not displaying anything or … just javascript is wrong ?
2. This is so simple template there is no place for bugs. The only I know it’s the fact I forgot to attach folder with basket theme for whmcs.
3. With this template you’ll get client area template for whmcs. How it works – in root pf your site you install this template then create fubfolder for example /support/ and you install whmcs there. Once is up and running you need to upload to templates folder UltimateHosting, activate it.

So how do I go about getting a refund? There are TOO many bugs in this theme to make it work properly and I can not get any reliable help in fixing it…
I am now getting an error in the WHMCS side when one tries to register a domain… “The domain you entered is not valid. Enter only the part after the www. and include the TLD ” – This is an error caused by the template coding.
There have been many bugs and issues in this template. You should upload a completed one with all of the fixes implemented in it.
First of all – can you please switch template in WHMCS and check if you can go through with domain registration and provide us with link.
So far this template been sold 93 times and yest there are little things could be improved but they are little things and you are only one person who’s having that many problems.
Your source PNG files are finished files, but the actual PSD sources are not, somehow… Please correct this and send me the source PSD files.
