Hello, good theme but i have some troubles about theme settings page is broken and something wrong in settings. Also in “page” bottom settings named “home page onepage menu options” has no menu options. there are only inactive and useless boxes. I dont see the page like this “http://jthemes.org/wp/cryptoigo/cryptoigo-documentation/assets/docs-img/onepage-nav.png”. Can you help me please?
This happens if your site url not does match with ssl url. Check settings. Or give us site access

PS. Regarding what you wrote above, You purchased our theme and wrote message such as scam, bad etc but you should also consider that it’s just 5hours not 24-36 hours which usually support takes. Also we might be on different time zones, it’s early morning 7AM at my end

Actually we did not think about woocommerce when we develop this theme. It’s kind of landing page.
I want to run a basic shopping cart that is compatible with woocommerce for memberships and other items, right now I can’t even update the [edit account] or other features that normal plugin work with woo.
I saw you added an update, any specific instructions how to update?
I forgot the file has to be unzip, the theme installed, but what was fix with this update? Also the center graphic on the spinner, add a feature to allow user to change it. the theme update deleted the previously installed image, its pain but fixable.!
I compare to the versions from the old to the update and they have the same version – v:1.0.0 any thoughts?

I’ll check the checkout – know you do know woocommerce compatibility is not only for your theme, but for woocommerce plugins that work on woocommerce and need to work for your theme as well. Thank you for the effort.. I hope we can make it better I dont mind paying an upgrade if I know the plugins that already work with woocommerce will work with your theme when I use it with woocommerce.

I asked earlier if the theme plugins need to be updated long with the theme file?
In you demo… I did not see a checkout payment… there is an alignment issue issue on my side with Stipe Plugin, can you check or install the plugin to very the misalignment of the text?
I have one more question, in all your demos I see the section [our coin] but I cant find it anywhere in Elementor to select that option… any ideas why? I am using the /video-version-ripple selection of the theme options.

I’ve tested the woo cart and checkout.. the Stipe Plugin is not working thus far with any new updated. The fields are missing from the form. That is why I asked you to verify on your demo the payment options.
It should support. Woocommerce + related plugins should also support.
on your demo, you do not have stipe as a payment.. and I tell you it does not work. How can I help you test it the stipe plugin so you can see it? the Credit Card fields no not work with the theme. When I try an different theme all fields are good.
Our demo is the test site, here we did not use any payment getway. You have to setup payment getway in your site. Woocommerce plugin has that option itself, it’s not related to our theme or not others theme. You can test with others theme as well it will same. We just style woocommerce page in our theme. Wocommerce has option to setup payment gatway. Please check woocommerce plugin carefully.
My friend, we seem to have a language barrier… I told you the Stripe plugin ‘DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH YOUR THEME’ The plugin fields are missing on the form. It ONLY HAPPENS WITH YOUR THEME! – do you understand what I wrote. The ONLY WAY TO FIX IT.. is for you to TEST IT on your side and see what issue YOUR THEME has with the plugin… Every other theme I have tested it works fine. I hope you understand what I am saying to you! I like your theme, but I need it to work and you have not proven to me it works with the woo cart or check out! – Thank you! [Alternatively I will have to hire someone to fix the theme] That means I will give them the THEME in order to repair it. Again good theme but lacks full woo compatibility… let me know what I can do to help repair it?
