I just don’t understand why there are so many compliments about the support service. I submitted help tickets over 48 hours ago and nothing has happened. I also sent messages via WhatsApp, but still nothing. I need guidance on certain aspects that should be easy to fix in any other theme, but this one is problematic.

There is a bug with the project section. The theme does not allow me to change the button text or hyperlink. Tried contacting support, but no response. Hoping to get some feedback here since I am on a tight timeline.

I got the theme for free in Envato’s Free downloads of the Month. But then the author changed the Import data domain website. Now the theme is no use to me unless I buy it.
Overall summary: This theme has very limited customizations available. There’s nothing much you change.

Thanks for creating this theme. I’ve been trying to install it, but no luck so far. When I install it via the WP UI, it returns the following error: “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
When I try to install it via FTP, I simply drop the theme folder in my themes folder and it eventually appears in the Themes section of the WP UI. However, when activating the theme, it doesn’t actually activate the theme and still my old theme seems to be activated. Could you please help me with this issue? As I’m not able to use your theme at the moment.
