Hello, I purchased the nexgen theme. I am having issues importing the demo, ive tried several times and keep getting (Internal Server Error 500). Ive contacted my hosting company, they say there are no issues that is the theme. Can you please help in getting the demo installed asap?

I had activated the theme on a development website and before disconnecting the domain with the purchase code I deleted the website. Now that I am trying to connect my domain to the purchase code it is showing me the error “Purchase code is already in use. Make sure you have not activated on another website.”

It looks like you’ve already installed and activated the theme and imported the demos.
Now you need to choose your home page.
From the Dashboard go to Settings » Reading and select the pages of your choice in “Your homepage displays”.
Choose “Home 3”
