Hey Guys! Love the theme and about to make a purchase for a client! Noticing that in the latest version of Safari that the loading screen hangs, Rev Slider images do not completely go across the page in Safari and Firefox (unless you resize the page manually) and the last update was in February. Before I purchase, are more updates coming out? Are fixes planned for these? Please let me know and thanks!

Hi there! I have purchased this theme, and am facing quite a number of issues lately. 1) WP bakery Editor is not loading the front end editor at all, so that means I am unable to edit the site. 2) Sometime the site does not loads at all. 3) If I edit anything from the demo’s created, I click on save changes, it just removes the complete section.

Again, the question is how to download it? I am not seeing an updates either on the wordpress dashboard not on envato store, would you be kind enough to guide me exactly where the files to your theme updates are, so I can download them from there. For your support I have tried to create an account but still am waiting for that email that i never got with the password in it so I can login, so in short not able to create an account as well on your support system. But first it is very important for me to update the theme otherwise the theme itself is useless as it is not working at all and not is the support system.

Is this some kind of a joke to you guys, I shouldn’t have purchased this fake theme at all, the support system does not works, you have misled the overall Envato market by showing the date that the theme has updated but in reality, no update is there even if you download the files of the theme. I haven’t received any notification at all. I did checked the site and as you requested the credentials to update the theme, that still hasn’t been done, how long does it take to update your damn theme?? You can’t provide the files of the update of your theme. I am not receiving any email in order to create an account so to get the proper support which I doubt it even exists. This damn theme does not works at all, no part of it works.
At a time like this, where the world is at crisis you are selling a fraudulent item where there is no way to reach out to you, i requested a refund of my money, is that possible or not? Just a simple Yes or NO, would be more then enough, I am fed up of wasting my time over scam like this.

So where is this damn update of yours? You just have updated the date, but in short there is no update at all.

First of all, if “Our updated version is 2.0 and also It’s compatible with WordPress 5.6” is the latest version then why do you have a date of update: “24-12-20”?? When there is no update and version 2.0 is the latest one which came on 11-30-20, then why misleading with false details of your theme update? One of your representatives mentioned to share the credentials so that you will update the theme, now you are saying that version 2.0 is the latest one.

Every representative has a different statement, first one mentioned that the theme has been updated, you can update it through non existent ways. Second even said that the version 2.0 is the latest one, which came out in the 11th month, whereas the date of the latest update is 24the dec. Now you are apologizing with a statement that there is no update up till now and you will guys will fix the issues in the actual update which no idea when it will come out. Alot of time has been wasted on my part, can you just let me know exactly when the actual update be available so I can use the theme properly? A date would be great to hear about.
