There are 2 theme companion custom-made plugins that have to be installed. Other optional plugins would depend on your requirements. WPBakery Page Builder is included if you want to use it. Bunyad AMP is needed if you wish to have AMP features.

My theme support recently ended on 29 June, 2021, but I updated ContentBerg Core Core to 1.1.2 just before then and the Instagram widget no longer works properly, It loads blank space.
I’d like to know what the latest version of ContentBerg Core Core is and if I should renew support to solve the problem.

This is not likely to be related to ContentBerg Core but more likely related to other plugin updates that may have caused an error on the frontend. You can review the the update guide (login to your support account to view).

Yes it’s fully compatible with latest WordPress 5.7. PHP 8 is fine as well in our tests so far. An update isn’t needed for these. However, an update will be released next month for some other improvements and features.

By following the optimization guide and using other general optimizations that should be applied to any WordPress site (webp images, CDN etc.), you can already get good core web vitals scores (if that’s what you are referring to). We’ll be doing a few more optimizations in future and we’ll update the performance guide with more info, but it’s already possible right now with the right layout choices. Does this theme is compatible with Elementor? Does the homepage support Elementor just like your other theme ‘SmartMag’?

It’s compatible with Elementor in general, however, the special advanced homepage building blocks aren’t available in this theme – they’re only in SmartMag theme.

Is there a way to change the links on this theme from the blue underline to blue text instead. I use this for an affiliate blog and it doesn’t convert well.
Also, theme hasn’t been updated for over a year now.. Search engines is going head over heels for Core Web Vitals now and I fear there’s no update on this theme yet… is there no more support on it?

In the documentation, you recommend creating a child theme yourself. Honestly, I’m surprised by this. Because now many developers have a child theme by default. This allows you to add your own styles without affecting the parent theme.
In my opinion, having a child theme by default is the standard now.
Do you plan to add a child theme in future updates so that you don’t have to create it yourself? Because I, for example, am not very good at technical aspects.

Quick question: the hamburger menu in mobile view doesn’t seem to work.
The menu shows up on desktop, but on mobile, if I click on the hamburger icon nothing shows up.
I have the mobile menu box checked in the menu options, and even tried to make a separate menu for mobile, but it’s still not working.
What’s more, while the menu shows up on desktop, it isn’t sticky despite the option being selected (I’ve tried the smart scroll option and the regular permanent stick option)

It’s most likely to be a JS error caused by a 3rd party plugin, widget, or code that may have been added. You can try to temporarily disable/remove those. When I try to register I get a message that I didn’t buy this theme on Themeforest. So it is – I installed it via Envato Elements.
Will the theme work normally in my case without registration? Or do I need to register it somehow?
If I do not need to register in my case, can you tell me how to properly update the theme after the release of new versions? Will there be a notification in the admin panel that I need to update?
If anything I have a License Code from Envato Elements. I am ready to provide where you say, if necessary.

Elements doesn’t have integrated registration but it’s not required either. The registration is mainly for support and Elements doesn’t include support. In future, you can use the Elements support for queries.

We understand that our staff didn’t respond to you after the first reply, but that’s because they have already shared the solution. You do have to share your website to fix it at. We cannot fix it in a zip file with all the customized code.
Further since your support package expired in November 2020, there was no obligation for a response yet we were willing to help.
We can still help if you share a staging/test site install or the info of the real site. You can update the topic with this info and it will be fixed. Or you can do the real solution and update your theme with the latest update (as has always been the case).
