I see the same error that mentioned in the previous comment on your demo sites. Also some of the demos are showing error and not opening. You might want to check and update the Redux plugin.

I have an urgent error with this theme which is not only displaying an ugly error at the top of my site, but stopping me from accessing my WordPress admin backend.

First of all, the error you are referring to is coming from the Redux plugin, not the theme itself. Second, it doesn’t really look like it can affect your access to admin panel, since it’s a warning not an error – there might be something else there.
I’ve just visited your website and I couldn’t locate the error as per your description, has it gone away?
If this issue is still relevant, please use the contact form on our author page and send us more info on the issue and ideally a longer extract from the debug log.

This error is still occurring. I cannot access the wp-admin area in any browser, due to the error.
With all due respect if you build the themes with the Redux plugin as a key component, then if this breaks, the theme breaks.
I have emailed you screenshots of the errors to Redux plugin to support@whiteboxstud.io. I’d appreciate I quick reply to how to solve this without access to my wp-admin area.

Sorry if there was any confusion around my previous statement. I didn’t want to say that it’s not our business if the error comes from the plugin. The truth is that if there is some incompatibility between e.g. plugin, theme or WP versions, it sometimes takes time to be caught and fixed.

Great theme, being using it for some time now with no issues at all. Then a new issue just started, anytime I design a page using the maintenance page one, the page doesnt update and if I do it via backend it says page does not exist, why?

Hello, how do I change the type of post-types the search bar returns? Currently when I enter a word, the search function returns posts, pages, woocommerce products, etc… I ONLY want it to return Woocommerce products.. cant this be done? please let me know what I need to change in the theme editor so I can modify it to my liking.,

Hi,
Does the theme really require Redux Framework plugin? What happens if we don’t install? It keeps crashing. I had to delete it from the server so I could sign in and also open the website.

We haven’t faced it, nor we have any of our customers reported a similar issue. Please double check if you have the latest version of the theme, Redux plugin and WP installed. 1) I guess you might be looking for an image carousel here, like http://themes.whiteboxstud.io/scape/main/image-carousel/
2) All bundled plugins are included, and other supported plugins should be installed separately.
3) Main demo import will let you have most of the content. Exception might be some variations, where you can only have one layout out of X available at a time, but there are settings to control that
5) Not sure I understand the question – where do you want to add social icons? If you want to add them to some place in a header, then the answer is yes – you can add almost any content through the content block http://docs.whiteboxstud.io/scape/#3-content-block

It can help with creation process since all row and block settings can be done without manual, repeating process and speed up a lot of time..

It depends on the type of data content/layout that you want to copy.
if it’s about Theme Options, then they can be exported/imported in “Import/Export” section of Theme options (it will copy ALL the options though). If it’s about the page/post content, then you can switch to Classic Editor and copy/paste the page code.
Or you can set up the basics on a dev site and then use a plugin like Duplicator, to reuse that basic setup for multiple sites.

Hello, I deleted the Wordpress build I had going with the Scape theme. It was not working, possibly because of the old theme/content, maybe an out-of-date version of WP. Anyways, how do I de-register my purchase code so I can use it on a brand new build that I’m starting from scratch?

Hello, after the 1.5 ver update, the stylesheet is all messed up. In the console I get this message: “app.css:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED”. There’s an issue with decoding this file: wp-content/themes/scape/library/css/app.css?ver=1.5.0

This should not be an issue with the app.css file in theme package for sure, as it’s working fine on other sites. Must be something related to your environment or maybe something went wrong during the update.

It’s also working so slowly that I already regret it. I have extremely fast internet, my hosting is very good too. So it’s not about that.
I have worked with so many themes. This is the most painful one so far. I can’t even install the demo content. I hardly got to 4%.

Hi. I deleted the site I installed before. And I’m trying to install this plug-in in a new domain, but it says no because the licenses overlap. The site that already installed the theme in the first place cannot be deactivated on the administrator page because it has been deleted. I want to cancel the template of the site I registered before, but I can’t find it. I deleted the ENVATO token after entering it, but the license was not solved. Can you force me to delete it? I am tired already. From one bugs to another. I will design with wpbakery and it won’t show up after I have left wpbakery. I will make a little change in theme options and it will taake everything back to defaul. Jeez! The stress! Sigh. Left a good impression at first but now, not so much

We are really sorry to hear about your issue!
However, from your description it doesn’t look like a theme issue at all. Theme options and WPBAkery Page Builders are powered by two separate 3rd-party plugins, made by external developers. If both of them fail with saving data, while they shouldn’t, I suppose that the issue might be on your end with the server. Potentially can be due to server-side DB caching or other server configuration. I suggest you try to raise this issue with your hosting provider.
