Right Click Protection – is not working on the mobile?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible in mobile.
Your support is openly and simply refusing to take responsibility and help with the obvious problems the template has. They just submitted CSS after CSS, which is not working, and the text boxes are a mess. The template doesn’t offer a direct way for the user to add a few lines of text that don’t look like a total mess. I’ve been struggling with this template for months, unable to fix the most basic things! And these guys even have the nerve to ask for a 5-star rating!
The support is helping you with customization, which they are not obligated to do.
If the template needs all that extra CSS to compensate for a lack of design and programming, the problem is with the template, not the user. It’s unbelievable that you can’t create a very basic text box by yourself, and instead you just get a mess of text sizes and ugly displays. The problem is the design and the limited editing options for the user. That way, even the most basic things become “customization”.
Unfortunately, some elements may not fit into your custom use case.
I had to buy CSS Hero to modify the theme, and the CSS Hero people are telling me there’s some problem with the template and they got in touch with you.
You can modify the css as you like. You cannot have CSS problems 
Well, none of the changes are working. It saves the changes but nothing works really.

Hi! I’m trying to set some very simple text boxes as the ones included in the Cubes template. And the problem is that they look TOTALLY different, without any kind format. I posted a ticket for support, but I’m not getting the help I need. They are telling me to hire a developer!!! Unbelievable, I’m just trying to use what a demo is showing!!!!
We never told you that Valerie, we only told you that templates do not come with images.

Hi there, unfortunately, you need to purchase 10 licenses together. As far as I know, Envato only does discounts for 100+ licenses.
Do I need to renew the support to update my theme… As I can see you have updated the theme to version 2.4.5 … While my theme is on 2.3.2 and Im not getting any update

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. You can however add flag menu items to secondary menu.

For all other themes that I use, Google Search Console indicate me “Crawler = GoogleBot for Smartphone”. With your theme instead “Crawler = Googlebot for Desktop”. It seems to be a problem with the theme. Do you have any solution?

Hi Michele, this is not something we control.
Speaking also with colleagues, the only sites that have this problem for us are those created with this theme. The only site that does not have this problem has version 2.2 of the theme installed.
Like I said, this is not controlled by the theme, there is nothing we can do that can affect that.
I renew the application. We now have other measurement parameters as well. The our 2 websites with version 2.3.2 of the theme are the only ones indexed for mobile and therefore perfectly synchronized with the new indexing methods of google mobile-first. The other sites with different versions of the revolution theme are all indexed with the desktop version only. This can mean a lot of long-term indexing damage.
I urge you to check what may be the reason for this problem. On 2.3.2 it did not show up on later versions instead yes.
Unfortunately, theme does not govern this, has no control over indexing.
Hi FuelThemes, i have had a license disconnect from a URL because the URL has expired from a temporary URL (from the site host), is there any way to disconnect a license key from a domain? I can’t see any way to do this. Thanks

Is the latest version compatible with WP 5.7 I know the latest version of WP has a few major changes to Jquery again.

Hi folks, I’m looking to buy this theme to use for my musical band and have a couple of questions. Does the theme come with any audio players built in? What sort of page building does it come with? Hi Bradley, theme supports any oembed that Wordpress supports: https://wordpress.org/support/article/embeds/ and the theme uses WPBakery Page Builder that you can use to build pages.

But do you have documentation which shows how to set the theme up? This is standard for most themes, not just a knowledge base.
The installation is not different from other themes We do have a dedicated Revolution page inside WP Admin that guides you.
