SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Don’t buy this theme, no support team. No communication. Just the waste of money.
We requested for FTP details 5days ago and no response from your end so how do you expect us to fix your issues on your site. We provide all possible support and we are still willing to do that but we need proper details to provide full support.
I shared all the details 1 week back at the time you asked. I shared cPanel details too, yet you were unable to justify the root cause of the issue. If you want I can share the proofs too. See this where you lack all the attention to the details and shows unprofessionalism for the clients.

This is the last email we sent where we asked you for details but after that no other email came to us.
We only have WordPress admin details, not the cPanel or FTP details.
I don’t know, do you even internally communicate with the team or not? How your developer is going to know if the client has shared all the details already or not if you don’t give them. There are two missing plugins within the packaged theme and this makes it unusable. (WPBakery and Convert Plus)

Zipped theme package also doesn’t have these plugins under: appset-1.5.7.6/appset/tgmpa/plugins folder.

What program is used to customize? is easy like elementor? I’m not a programmer, I just use WP.
We are using Wp-bakery and it’s one of the popular page builder plugins. It’s easy to use and you can see that already many of our customers are using it easily
Did you make any decision?
Just a warning: it won’t install the necessary plugins if you’re using php version 8.x. I had to downgrade to 7.4 in order to be able to install them.

How do you change the header? I’ve tried a few things to make the ‘try it for free’ button on the header change in any way and it just stays there. We have purchased this theme through a company account I am writing this on my personal so I can see the response maybe this time
Thanks for contacting me. Normally all settings come from theme options. But every landing page template has its own settings to override header settings. Where you can choose buttons, social links, logo, nav menu etc.

thanks I am actually having a few more issues – I have purchased the theme a further 2 times but through the company I’m doing work for’s account so I can only assume when you reply to my requests they are going into email responses that I do not have access to. I’ve sent some emails directly to the jtheme website with the 2 purchased support reference numbers and I’m hoping that gets a response soon

Currently we do not have the option to turn off feature images in the single portfolio page.
We’ll add a template option for a single portfolio in the next update.
Now you can do it by editing the single-portfolio.php template in the child theme to turn off the featured image.

You can turn off the preloader from the Theme Options > General Options. If you can not find the option, then obviously there is something missing in the theme. You can send me wp-admin access info, so I can check your settings.

You can use the hide login plugin undoubtedly for the current version of WP.

We need to keep the PHP 7.0 on the server due to other projects and are not able to upgrade it to PHP 7.3
While installing the theme, we are getting the following error,

You can easily update the PHP version from your Cpanel or you can contact the server provider to update the PHP version. If you can not update it, email me with Cpanel access info, I can help you with that.
