When are you planning to provide upadate in order to support the Learndash Plugin. We are getting huge difficulty in adding the advanced maths quiz because learnpress does not support latex. (Note: Adding images of the question or scientific notation everywhere in the quiz is not the solution because it takes lot of time and does not looks good in the frontend.) Or Please provide solution so that we can use latex in the quiz also. Your prompt reply on the issue is highly appriciated.
We just checked your rating. Hi, the rating is totally false here. You are asking new feature. We never advertise that we support latex. Please, open refund request now and find a theme which support latex.

No, there is no option to select the tutor and timeslot for the students.
3) How will the admin know if the teacher attended the zoom class?
The admin needs to check the course details to know about the zoom class. There is no dynamic option for the admin.

Hi, I purchased theme and i have set it up with learn press. im now getting an error message. when trying to update learnpress database. I have learn press 4 installed. Currently, there is no option for sign up with validates Date of birth of the user and verification system before enrolling in the course. You need to customize it on your own or use any third-party plugin for that.

1) Yes, you can link any external link to the enroll button from the course page. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/14gxqyg. 2) You can add an external form link in the enroll button and collect their information using the form. 3) As it’s a third-party plugin, I can’t assure you as it’s not tested by us. For now, you can add a custom link to the button. Anything regarding the URL redirection using the button should work perfectly.

Yes, sign-up is required for enrolling the course. But, there is an option in LearnPress settings for enabling guest checkout https://prnt.sc/14oqhhz. If you enable the option, the user can enroll course without having an existing account. But after checkout, an account with the checkout field’s email address will automatically be opened.

I just wanted a simple website for institution. It only wanted Student login and teacher login. Teacher wanted to add only video lectures. Students need to get those lectures on their panel. I don’t need any other features.
Is this possible with your theme? Can I disable all other features like purchasing courses you provided?
Without purchasing the course, students will not get the course. So, you need to add courses for free and the student will purchase the free courses. And if you don’t want to use the other feature you can disable this.
