Please help! I am using version 1 of the espresso theme. I love this theme and I need to migrate to version 2 but as you know it breaks the site. How do I make this update? Is there an easy way to do this? Do you charge to do this? My developer doesn’t know what needs to be done to fix it.

Hi. Menu system is not working in WP 5.9 and Sprout 2.0.1. When you go to appearance / menu, WP displays a message like this: The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar. You can’t decide where to place the menus, you just can create them, but you can´t make them appear on the site… Any advice on this?. Also, if you activate the child theme, the visual style changes for worse a lot… what could be happening?

Hi, We have been using this theme from 2015 on as a online jazz magazine. The transition to this new version is not very straight forward. Are you still going for this theme? There seems to not have been any update since the release of it.

I was having trouble with the update of sprout so I wiped everything clean and decided to do a fresh install. (I did back up the posts to import them after the install so I wouldn’t lose content)

When I finished everything the site didn’t display like it should. Can you help me please?

Also i had to delete the slider at the top of the home page because of the same issue.

Can you tell me the best way to update the theme. The folders in your new update are different then what’s in the directory now. Before I was just able to replace by uploading the contents of the new content, can’t do that this time because the folders are different.

Last week i updated the theme via FTP and got an error when I previewed the page and had to restore from a backup. Was something with with the update. I just replaced what I had in the sprout folder with your contents. I’m not sure why that didn’t work, I normally have no trouble. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello, Is it possible to have the elementor plugin turned on at the same time while using the sprout theme or other of your themes. I had the situation in other themes checked that the hedlines in the main page didn’t show up. They told me that I need to turn off the elementor to have it functioning well. Do you have any demo instalation or you know the answer for that question?
