Hi, I have a Cheerup-CTA boxes widget in my WP theme that is not properly working. I am trying to put CTA images under the main homepage slider, but the thing is, every time I try to fill in the blanks, it just takes me right back to the start and remains blank. What can I do?

I baught today renew your support for obtain last version of your template. But, it’s the same version (plugin Enveto Market 2.0.6 said “you have the latest version”. That means since 20 december there’s not update ? Why : I updated today my Wordpress to 5.7.2, is your old template is already compatible before the last version of template ?

The issues would be updated plugins including WP updates so yeah..??
Also, can I use the stand alone version of WP Bakery? Or did you change it for this theme?
Thanks for the info. Yes we’ll update WPBakery in the next update. For now, if there’s a bug that’s affecting you, yes you can use the standalone version as the theme uses an untouched / unmodified version of WPBakery.

For sidebar, there’s a slider widget for posts that you can see on the sidebar of this demo. Please note that there’s no autoplay for it and we wouldn’t recommend autoplay either as it’s bad for UX. Alternatively, you can use any of the free slider plugins.

Here is the message “The theme has a pending update that may cause fatal errors on customizer. Please go back to your WordPress admin area first and then open Customizer again.”

If you’re getting a missing stylesheet error, please check this. If you’re getting “link expired” or a similar error, it would mean your webhost’s file upload limit is too less and you will have to contact your webhost to increase the file upload size limit to at least 15MB.

help me deactivate the blog post number pagination. I just want the blog to read ‘Loadmore’ Instead of 1,2,3 on the bottom page. I saw this setting somewhere but i cant find it. Hello, I have a small problem. I have imported the Demo from … but WPBakery Page Builder does not work on home. It is a newly created WP installation so there are no conflicts with anything previous.
I import and it tells me two steps
1. Run Re-generate Thumbnails. 2. Once all thumbnails are regenerated, “Bunyad Demo Import” and “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugins aren’t needed anymore. De-activate and remove them.
When I click “Run Re-generate Thumbnails” it gives error. It says “Unable to retrieve a list of attachment IDs to process from the WordPress REST API. You can check the browser console for details.”
Any suggestions?

1. You can add any font from Google Fonts (free, over 900) or Adobe Fonts (paid, thousands of options).
2. The navigation can be made sticky while scrolling. There are two options, we recommend the default one active on Food demo which is Smart Sticky. It’s based on the UX idea of user intent (when scrolling upwards, it’s displayed that signals an intent to interact with navigation). However, there’s also an option to make it always sticky like in Miranda demo: https://cheerup.theme-sphere.com/miranda/
3. That’s available on some Grid styles and Large post styles. For example: https://cheerup.theme-sphere.com/default/
4. Yes, all good. We include our own custom template but it’s not forced. If you upgrade to their premium version, you can use any recipe template you like.

Hi guys – love this theme. However, after installing and customising, the site remains very narrow – not the full width of the page as show in the demos. I have the Saxon theme currently on my live site, so have installed this theme on staging and then switched to this theme (for a food blog). Anything happening that would override page width?
