demo content is not installed. what is the solution to this?

Hello…is it possible to translate the entire theme into Spanish easily?
The theme is translation ready so you shouldn’t face any issue while translating to Spanish or any other language.
Hi, Demo import is working good. Is there an option to import specific demo instead of importing all the demos? For example: I just want to import the SEO Software demo page. Right now it imports all the demos including the one page demos. Thanks!

Sorry, there is no option for importing specific demo. We’re providing all demos in together so that customers can use any of them. If you don’t need some demo pages, then you can delete those pages manually from site.

Although i did not purchase the theme directly from here it was from elements.envato.com I’m hoping you can point me in the right direction of some documentation or something?
When I use the elementor pro plugin the mega menu stops functioning as normal and revert back to normal format and functionality once elementor pro is deactivated.

whoever is seeing this don’t buy this fraudulent theme it’s heavily infected and the guys behind it don’t care….ill keep writing I’m even going to write a sponsored blog post about it, this shitty theme took us 8 months back on our project simply because I decided to buy and keep it so when I’m ready ill go to my dashboard and download it and use. only to after months of trying to upload it I finally did only to get heavily infected, the hosting company asked where I got the theme I told them it’s from a paid theme not free…so ill take my time to let the world know the theme is heavily infected. don’t buy.

You didn’t mention what error you received . You bought the theme 4 months back so you must have installed it elsewhere successfully. If it says style.css missing then you didn’t upload right theme file. Please check our knowledge base help articles.

Given the current situation with Unyson is there any chance you’ll update this theme so it no longer requires that dependency? I want to purchase but am concerned about that and the overall speed of the theme as it’s slow loading.
We constantly updates our Themes and plugins are updated form Admin with out update of theme. There is no issue in Unyson especially when we use their backup/import module. WordPress Jetpack recommend it safe https://jetpack.com/features/security/library/unyson-plugin/ .
Unfortunately there is an issue with Unyson according to Sucuri and the Site Health analysis on WP. Unyson isn’t support or updated anymore by the developers and it’s causing active PHP sessions which is a problem. It’s become quite common. You can read about it at wordpress.org or one of the many developers who have to make changes because of it like this one: https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/active-php-session-detected/
It’s not expected to be fixed as the developers of Unyson will not respond to the issue and have moved on to a new project so everyone is scrambling to switch away from Unyson now.

Pre Sale Question: Got the theme from Envato elements and its all i can ask for! I want to support you and buy the theme in themeforest. I can see that the last update was 2 months ago. Do you plan to continue updating the theme, even with not that many sales (which is a shame btw)?
We’ll continue to update with new designs and feature. All our themes are regularly updated. Yes it’s true for 2 months there is no update because we are working on 2 new pages. Also couple of new theme options would also go live very soon.

Themeforest and Elements are connected. So can’t release standalone version.
sorry for misunderstanding. I meant putting your self developed elementor elements like you blog element etc. out as an standalone plugin. like ultimate addons for example.

We don’t see you bought the theme from us. Kindly purchase the theme to get direct support from us. Qik is compatible with WordPress 5.5 and header/footer runs from Elementor which doesn’t break any functionality.
Your theme version 1.0.1 doesnt work.
I downloaded from Envato and Elementor doesnt work… Ask for Safe Mode everytime.
After I downgraded to version 1.0.0 worked fine.
The version 1.0.1 was the latest file downloadled in Envato.

We’ve checked that it’s working well. Please double check from your end and deactivate all the third-party plugins (Which were not installed at the time of installing the theme).
I tried already 3 ou 4 times with clean install and is always the same, only when I install the old 1.0.0 version works
The theme is used by 500+ sites already and have never heard about any such prompt. Our theme doesn’t call for safe mode what so ever. Meanwhile you can keep using 1.0.0 version. Direct support is available to those who buy the theme from themeforest.

Are you facing any problem? Please let support team know that. They will be more than happy to assist. We are working on an update. For eye wash don’t want to update. Working on a menu thing + few options. Neither the theme was abandoned or will get deleted. None of our themes are abandoned.

Hello, I discovered an error with the “RadiantThemes Custom Post Type” Plugin. If you activate Elementor Pro, the “mega menus” in this Plugin will not function exactly look like this: https://www.upsieutoc.com/image/1234.fXCM71
And if you deactivate “Plugin Elementor Pro”, “Mega menus” will work normally
If you have purchased the theme then please open a ticket with your site access and we’ll see if there is any conflict.
Hello, can we change color scheme?
All demos have different colors and was done either by using Images or Elements in Elementor. There is no theme color concept.
