2) We have released New Whistle (3.1) version (demo contents using Visual composer), please do not upload the new version of the Whistle theme or plugin files to your existing Whistle old version ( old page builder demo contents), since the site will crash. If you need to continue with your old version, we have provided the old version whistle-old.zip (2.6) separately please use those files. If you need to go with the new visual composer version, you need to install it in a fresh site.

I already sent it once. Also I am playing around with the Timetable under træning page, where I only want to show the timetable of the specific class, but it says “no events available”. Can you fix it, please?
Also, even I choose timetable settings to only have sort by event, and not having the button “Generate PDF”, and I save and update the page, it goes back to standard settings. There are some serious bugs on the timetable part.

The main difference is that the webpage was done using the whistle page builder that seems like is no longer accessible with the latest version of theme that uses wp bakery. Can you confirm that? How this issue can be solved? Thank you for your time.

Thank you. So what is happening here is that the live preview of the whistle theme is an older version totally different from what you can really achieve with the new version. This is partially a SCAM, there so many things that you cannot do with the updated version, not even placing the social icons nor managing footer widgets easily. Half of the whistle options in the wp bakery version are not working properly and are not according to the dummy content.

I will switch to another theme, the way you change from the old version to the new one without support is so unprofessional. I have to rebuild the entire site and the new version does not support half of the features of the old one. The classes are different and I have to customize a lot of the code to have the same behaviour. WTF. I will report you to themeforest, it is unbelievable what you have done and also asking money for premium support.

Hi guys, I have to fix a website where is installed your theme and the whistle option panel is unusable. Lot of features are disabled and don’t change when pressed or selected, like upload the logo, change color theme, etc. I don’t know what is going on. Can u help? That’s why I’m writing to you, I’m not the one that originally purchased the theme. Another person bought the theme 2-3 years ago for the client via her personal account on themeforset. Now the client asked me to fix some contents but I can’t do it without the updated theme. I just need the buddha panel fixed, nothing else.
We afraid you have to own a valid ThemeForest account to register your purchase and get our Updates / Support in this case, We will suggest you to get in touch with the person who worked and try to get license details from them in this case. We will at least need a product license and your ThemeForest username from which the theme was bought.

And what about my previous questions for some time ago per e-mail? 1) regarding class information. There is a column on the right that I don’t know how to edit. It has the headings “Single Event page”, “Today upcoming event”, and “15 next event”.
2) I tried to show one calendar for each class. So for example only SUP in the first calendar. In the next calendar on same page, it would be Yoga, and so on. Somehow it succeed with he first 2-4 calendars, but then it crash and no calendars are visible when I add the fifth. Can you please fix it.
Another issue I have, is that under my SUP Yoga Class description, under Benefits, the second column is floating and is not side-by-side with the left column.
How do I fix this?
4) And last, how do I duplicate a class so that I can create a new one with exactly the same formats?

Hallo, I replied back. As i have told you several times, I don’t know why you ask for ftp and what you are looking for in my ftp as I have never used it. I just install the theme through Wordpress and normally the developer fix the issues by checking on my wordpress and then make updates in the coding if needed to solve it.
Also you still didn’t answer my general questions of how to copy an event and how to make a team with carousel view?

I am really confused by this theme! I just bought it, and installing it, but after install and activate demo content, I can’t access my wordpress dashboard. It end up with a 404 failure. I can’t even change the permalinks!!
