There is something to improve or fix at thema woodmart.
In these last days I have had a problem with the related products that are shown in each product, the problem is that the related products are always the same, it is as if woocommerce took the 20 oldest products and those are the only products that it shows as Related products, the new products that are loaded will never appear as related products, the only ones that appear as related products are the first 20 products that are loaded; That is why when a customer is following the related products of a product he feels that he is in a loop as if he was seeing the same products, in reality he is only seeing the first 20 products only each time ordered in a different way, but he never leaves that loop.
This drawback is noticeable when you start to have many products and you see that the new products you publish never appear in the related products.
I spent two days trying to solve this problem, and I found a plugin that solves this, this is the plugin
https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/woo-related-products-refresh-on-reload/This plugin makes the related products random taking into account the categories and then the labels, with this plugin even the newest products have the possibility to be in the related products; this avoids having only the first 20 products published for related products,
This is as if woocommerce takes the first 20 products and the rest of the time is only dedicated to displaying those products in the related products.
I tried this plugin and it worked with a default Storefront theme and it worked perfectly.
So I tried it on the official website in production and or surprise woodmart is not compatible with the plugin.
Please fix this, this feature is very important for large ecommerce.
They can make woodmart compatible with the plug-in or also make woodmart have this feature.
The idea is that the related products are random products and not just the 20 oldest products.
I hope you consider improving this as it is inescapable.

Hi there, it seems like your theme is so popular, I am now using Toolset to build my woocommerce site, Woodmart is also recommended by them. However, I am still doubting if it will meet my needs. 1. my site is a travel site, I do need some custom work to meet my functional requirements. I will use Toolset to add some custom fields, some of them will show up on the product grid page, product quick view page, and product comparison page. Adding custom fields using Toolset template or directly adding them into PHP file. Will you guys support me by your support rule?

Hi, this issue only happens when I am in backend, at the elementor editor page when Elementor builder is switched on. On the front end this issue does not show up.
The issue is at ”/wp-content/themes/woodmart/js/scripts/global/helpers.js?ver=6.0.3”
What I can see is that this happens at line 135:

The SALE label comes with WooCommerce by default and shown on products with the sale price. But you can create your custom attribute and mark any products you want. Then, you can use the following option to display this attribute as a label. Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> edit attribute -> “Show attribute label on products”
