I have a problem: I need to update all my theme and plugins to the lastest version because my hosting will remove php 7.4 and lower so I need to use php 8 or php 8.1, but I am detecting that the plugin “arrowpress-shortcodes” is not compatible with this php version and it is necessary to show correctly my website made with your theme Solaz.
I also notice that if I use the latest version of WP Hotel Booking plugin (version 2.0.3) the theme loses some important details as the Date searching room form over the slider in the homepage, so I needed to install again the functional version before to update it (version 1.10.5).
Please help me with this I want to continue using my purchased theme correctly. Thanks!

We pushed the Arrowpress shortcodes plugin update to fix this. Please remove the arrowpress-shortcodes plugin on your site, then go to Dashboard / Appearance / Install plugin to re-install it.

Hello, I downloaded version 1.2.1 as free, and I know I can’t ask for support. But I have a problem. Revolution Slider doesn’t work and some addons from Ultimate VC Addons, because one of your addons is out of date. And all the plugin download links above are not working, showing a 404 error page. How can I fix this error? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Unfortunately Rooms plugin isn’t working with WPBakery and it only shows vc_row[arrowpress_static_block static=”Form Booking”] etc.

Can i block some days manually on the room’s calendar? I mean, if a client reserve by phone, for example, a room for certain days, obviously i can’t offer that room on my web for that days because i could have a overbooking, so… if i can’t offer a reserve can i disable some days manually? Thanks.
So I need to know where do that, because I will begin to use my website with your theme and until now I haven’t find that option.

Why in the Home 3, Demo 3 the room availability search form dissapears on mobile view? I mean, the one that allow to choose the checkin, checkout, adults and children in order to show the rooms. The others demos (Home 1,2 and 4) show their room search form correctly on smartphones or any mobile device but in this demo 3, that search form is not showing. I really like the demo 3 and I need to know if there’s a way to do it, to proceed to buy a regular licence. Thanks.

Hi again, I need to disable payment and make each reservation a quote request. i’ve disabled payments in woocommerce, installed YITH Request a Quote but checkout still shows “Advance Payment (% of Grand Total)” and the checkbox “I want to pay all”
in addition, it shows the following error:
“You have to login or register to checkout.”
and botton REQUEST A QUOTE doesn’t show anywhere.

my bad! I realised I was not using WP Hotel Booking but Quite Nice Booking. so that issue is not due to your work.
the issue with WP HB is that Adults and Children are stuck in the selector and cannot increase nor decrease qty. I am using Homepage 2 demo. talking about the big calendar selector: Arrive and Departure works fine, Adults is stuck on 1 while Children is stuck on 0.
any idea?
