I can’t seem to make any changes within the Customiser as suggested in the documentation. All of the categories (Logo & Site Identity, General Settings, Header, Footer, Menus, etc.) cannot be clicked on to progress.
Is there a reason for this?

Refund Please. I understand that one must purchase images that you used BUT to make every graphic including backgrounds copyrighted and requiring purchase EVEN without knowing what to buy, essentially is “gutting” and misrepresenting this template. Hi Christine, The problem with your theme is you are basically selling an “empty” template as each and EVERY graphic (including backgrounds) must be purchased separately! Your email with the list of ID’s is incomplete and inaccurate. You also did not include image ID’s from the other two sources used in this template. Bottom line is you are basically selling an EMPTY template that is useless!
Your responses to my request for a refund are a joke! This template and your customer support SUCK! Refund please!
Just bought this and even though I used themrex updator and put my key in I cannot edit using WPBaker editor?
Yeah did all updates but still does not allow me to use WPbakery to edit pages, so please refund this does not work and I noticed you have a good few concerns on earlier replies about this issue.

All the images on the demo are copyrighted to their respective owners and used for demonstration purposes only. We do not package them with the theme. However, we include their blurred/watermarked versions in the demo data import.

I noted that the home page not work with WPBackery builder although the role manager is enabled and the home page in backend has the the choice to edit with WPBackery but if you pressed on the WPBackery the page not load the editor. any suggestion ?

Hi. When will the theme be updated to support Wordpress 6 and WPBakery Page Builder 6.5? WPBakery doesn’t seem to work well with WP 6, the editor turn ups blank when clicking edit on anything. I had to manually downgrade WP to 5.5.3 to make the theme (and the bundled WPBakery plugin) work and to make changes. I also had to disable the Gutenberg editor as again the bundled WPBakery version is not compatible with WP 6, I presume. This was a solution I found after hours of trying to make it work just to use the theme.
As a new buyer of the theme, having to be faced with downgrading WP to make the theme work is disappointing to start with. Would appreciate an update to the theme, and the bundled plugins to work with the latest WP versions. Please advise. Thank you.
The theme editing ( with the bundled WPBakery version) doesn’t work with even WP 5.6 – which is now two months old. Will this theme be maintained and can one expect quicker updates?
