The reaction feature use visitor IP to store they actions. So a user can only react 1 time until then they change their IP.
It is working fine right now, so if you have any issues with this, this mean that there is something was wrong in the hosting.

Yes its using users IP. That is totally fine. But a user can react multiple times, like happy and angry and sad at the same time. user can react to all reactions as well. which makes no sense. it should be 1 user react one reaction. Please update this issue, as it doesnt look proffessional to visitors. please in the next update. Pleasee. Thanks.

Yes, you can add as many authors you wish and all of them can create post that based on the roles is set.
The theme also supports multiple authors per post. It means that you can assign more than 2 authors for 1 post.
