Seems like it is indeed in the page title as a background-image. However, in the options there is no image.

Hello. First of all, thanks for this great theme. But I have some problems. After update from version 5.3 to 6.1 I’m facing issues with custom fonts. I had 2 custom fonts installed and everything worked fine. But after update to the latest version, custom font (actually, all fonts) not working any more. I choose my custom font in the TYPOGRAPHY menu, but the font is not displayed on the website. If I choose any other font, after I hit save button, it returns to the first font in the list (which is my custom font). I deleted custom font, but it’s shown in TYPOGRAPHY dropdown list anyway and it’s chosen by default. Also, logo is not showing any more. It’s SVG format. Any suggestions?

Please, update the theme to the latest 6.1.2 version and try to resave your Theme Settings. That should fix the problem.

Why are tabs hidden on mobile view on the product page, even a tablet hides this information. This is super bad design as these tabs contain vital details of what you are buying, why hide this vital detail? Please advise on how to get this feature back. Great theme, but you guys must really put more efforts into break-point controls, mobile controls are vital. Otherwise it’s a highly flawed theme without mobile controls… Thanks

Sure here is a random customer that is using your theme and they have the same issue of hiding the Tabs on smaller devices, includes phones / tablets, this is not the correct way to handle this. REF: https://streamable.com/kyog4i
This video is recorded from the browser after resize. When you load your product page with the real device you would never face similar problems. There is no sense to write extra code to reinit tabs/accordions on browser resize.
I see what you are saying now, it acts differently on the real device vs browser testing. Thanks for clearing that part up. Any chance we are going to see more header control for more than two break points? Thanks again.

I’ve been buying woodmart for a long time and really like the theme woodmart, it’s fast, fully functional and operates with clear logic. But I still want to make some suggestions, that is, your demo site can be improved better, now only the home page is different, click in the product or about page are the same, which I think can be improved, each set of styles have their own complete page.
Thank you very much woodmart for my work to earn a lot of money, in terms of demo site you can refer to your counterparts ciyaxxxx, they have their own complete style page for each set. I wish woodmart can do better.

Hello, since 6.1 is released, is it possible to set different headers with different menus for some product categories? And to add such an option also for the products of these specific categories? So the single product page can be different from the default style. I would like the customer to feel like its a new website 
For example, I have a grocery store but I am also selling women’s bags and electrical appliances. I would like the women’s bag categories to feel more like a fashion magazine-style website and the electrical appliances something a little bit more different. And who knows – someday I may be selling cars too

Yes, that is correct. As for the products from specific category, you need to use the “Single posts from term” condition.

I just got this wonderful theme on Jun 18, it is an awesome theme with really good loading time, however, I just noticed this theme doesn’t support AMP, and doesn’t have a plan to bring AMP to their theme. I like this theme; this is why I gave them a 5-star review. but I don’t want to change the theme after I finish my site construction in the future, it is a big pity, but I have to request a refund now. So I was wondering why there is no message for no products found when a empty category is selected in Ajax Product Tabs. I am talking about front end it just shows empty screen which is annoying. With default woocommerce_shortcode_products_loop_no_results we could show a message but not with Ajax Product Tabs I hope support could help?.

After UPDATE 6.1 – Ajax search takes too long to display results – Worked better in 6.0
Please have another look at the search related updates as it is not working 100% correct, for example if I have 50 phones in the shop ( 2 pages with 25 products each – normally ) in search shows 20+ pages instead of 2 max. ( Pagination )
Also if you search for something then delete the keyword – still spinning.

Also after new update 6.1 – Custom CSS is not beeing loaded every single time on browser request. Go on link – not loading – refresh same link – shows the page with custom CSS
I have Reverted the site to a backup before the theme update and is all ok now – no more issues. I will wait till you will make further updates/optimizations.

Sorry, but we don’t see these issues on our website. That is why we need to investigate it directly on your website to be able to fix them and release the update. Please, update the theme and provide us your admin and FTP access. If you can’t do this with your live website, please, create a staging one where we will be able to check such kind of problems.

Hello there seems to be a bug with the custom fonts feature.
1.) When using Google fonts woff2 file is downloaded. However when using custom fonts the browser download the woff file even though both woff and woff2 are uploaded.
2.) I am using Woodmart Retail which use Cabin and Lato fonts. In the typography If I change the “text font” from Cabin (google font) to Cabin (same font but hosted on website) some elements on the website are displayed in “bold” format while some elements remain same.
The font I am using is exactly the same which can be verified as the text of product description remains exactly same but the font of “price” , some elements in header etc changes.
I have been able to reproduce this multiple times. I tried with other font Lato as well and its the same problem. When I check with the inspect element there seems to be no change in the font, weight etc but it is not displayed correct.
Is it possible to check and confirm this bug and possibly resolve in future updates? I think it could be easily reproduced at your end as well. Thanks.

1. Could you please send us a link to your website where we can see this issue?
2. Make sure that you have uploaded all font weights that you use on your website including 400, 600, 700 etc. They have to be uploaded as separate fonts.

Both the things are easy to reproduce. I created a New website. Deleted all the themes and plugins. Installed woodmart and the “retail” demo and uploaded the fonts.
1.) Even though I have uploaded both woff and woff2 the browser download Woff. If I delete woff and only upload woff2 then the browser displays woff2.
2.) I have tried multiple methods including adding all fonts (as separate files- Cabin 400, cabin 600, Lato 400 and Lato 700) and weights and adding only the font in the “text font” as well. In all cases the problem remain the same.

Regarding Woff and Woff2 I am no expert but in the image you have shared “woff” is declared before “woff2”. I did a quick search and it seems if the browser supports multiple fonts it downloads the one which is declared first.
So for best performance woff2 should be declared first so that if a browser supports both woff2 and woff it will download woff2 instead of woff. Please try to make this change in the theme in future version. Regards
