Hi there, I want to report you that your support guy is providing me the worest support experence. Till today, i have created nearly 5-6 tickets, and he has not helped me with any ticket, I had to find and solve the issues by my self.

I have given 1 star rating because of his support and some issues in the theme. I need him to take his job seriously. If you can please wake him up.

He never understand even if i create videos and add my voice in the video. He act like a stupid dumb person.

Will i keep getting the support like this in the future or can you help?

The theme has responsiveness related issues after 1200px to 1360px if you check from your laptop. Those who has a little smaller screensize than a normal screensize, they will see the menu area not right. I need him to help me by fixing the responsiveness issue.

Once he solve all the tickets, i will re-give the review to the theme.

More info:- The domain has been changed now. Now the domain name is https://www.noortransinc.com/ credentials are the same as given in the tickets. At the starting of the tickets, I talk very nice to him. But now, as I know he is dumb and a stupid person wasting my time, I can not keep talking nice to him anymore. I even do not want to talk to him. I want you to have a look at the issues and fix them for me, please.

Am i going to get reply? I seriously do not want to waste more time with that stupid support guy name Usmaan, he never understand the issue even if you create special videos with audio. And when he reply, his english is not meaningful.

I hate that Dic* Hea*. I want someone else to provide me support as he will keep wasting my time.

Yes, I know this is not a support forum. Yes, I have been updating the tickets since the day I have created them. He is not replying that is why messaging. He is replying to those tickets which are closed already and he is not replying to those tickets where he has not left any reply yet.

I will not need him to reply to the tickets, I want someone else who understands English and does not waste your time.

yes, the request form is handeled by contact form 7 plugin which is most popular wp plugin. you could any feilds in the form etc yes you could change the color of theme and buttons with the help of little customizations

Nice theme but not buying as a result of lag been experienced by customers. Think you have to work on your turn around time buddy. It’s the only thing I look at when I want to buy a theme.

Hi, ok understandable, a open forum with FAQs would be helpful, i am waiting 3 days for a reply, and the solution provided is done in 2 minutes. That`s really unfortunate, and the template is so buggy. Lots of elements can`t be changed… I have written over 350 lines of code just to change some colours and pictures
