Hi I asked about the language translator plugin recently but the one you recommended is way too costly at $79. I bought another translator plugin

All I want to ask is if this script is so inflexible that has to be dictated to work with certain premium and expensive plugins in order to work? Why cant it be used with other language translator? I think multi language is already a necessity these days and is disappointing to learn that this script is so inflexible and actually forces you to to subscribe to a plugin that cost $79 just to have different languages. Is a total shame.
I have opened a ticket and the reply given to me was to buy a $79 plugin. For anyone that needs setup to setup a wordpress theme that is user friendly with basic feature such as language change, you won’t be able to do so unless you buy a plugin that can only work with their theme. Same for currency converter. Be prepared for additional hefty expenses.

If you only want to change to another language, you won’t need to buy WPML. You only need to use the Loco Translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/. It is free. Is it the first time that you use a WordPress theme with multi languages? There is no theme which include WPML.

You clearly wrote this in your online documentation which is ONLY AVAILABLE after customers bought the theme. What is the use? There is no meaning to tell us there is compatibility issue after we paid for it. It is as good as not knowing.

I dont need your theme to include WPML. You are the one that don’t understand the issue here! My issue with you is your theme does not allow the use of other multi-language translation! I purchased a plugin from this seller with more than 4K sales and positive reviews. The plugin is able to work with EVERY other theme EXCEPT yours. This is the issue! You are totally getting it wrong!

Just to put on record, I didn just purchase any one unknown translator plugin that has no credentials. The one I bought has clocked in more than 4,000 over sales and has a high positive ratings from the community. If that cant work with your theme, I doubt any other plugin can since you don’t wish to admit that only WPML works with your theme.

I just dropped you a ticket, I may have a solution to work around this issue. Please let me know where can I remove the WPML coding. Let me try if by removing that will allow Ajax plugin to work or not.

A good plugin does not mean that it can work fine with all themes and is perfect. Everything has limitation. That is why all themes recommend some plugins which author knows and checked. There are thousands plugins. Author can not know and check all. Or sometimes, there is a conflict. It is normal. So, you should use the plugin which author recommends.

Hi team, thanks for helping me to fix it, finally the theme is working with another translation plugin which I believed could be good for you too. We have checked your site and we see you don’t add the price for your products( in Edit Product > Product Data > Regular Price ). So the add to cart button and buy now button does not display on your site. Although, you have turned on two buttons in Theme Options. Please check and add the price for your products.

It is only used for reference. If your website speed is ok, you can ignore it. Because the speed of website depends on many things: hosting, plugins, images, location (The distance between your server and your website visitors), .... In this case, GTMetrix checks your website from Canada. So, it will be faster if you access website from your country. This affects score.
