hello, I am interested to buy your theme but I want to know if this theme is still being updated or no updates will be available because the last update was in October 2020 almost a year ago and is there an idea to make it compatible with Elementor?

Thanks for taking an interest! The theme works perfectly fine even though it has been a while since updated. However our team is working really hard on updating all our themes at the moment so theme update should be released in the near future. The theme is compatible with WPBakery plugin which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our website demo and it is not Elementor supported unfortunately.

I’m using Ratio on Wordpress for our site. Our host Hostgator no longer supports PHP 7.1 and updated to 7.2. Since then, our site is down. They said that our theme is the issue and needs to be updated to 7.2. Can you please help with this?

Hey there! I am currently using https://ratio.qodeinteractive.com/portfolio/standard/three-columns/ for my portfolio list.
On this page, what I am trying to achieve is make only a few items in there clickable based on a condition. So, I was looking around in the code base to see if I can find any of the related code to make some changes in there. But really couldn’t find one.
All I could find which is closest to this page is, related.php. I added a condition in there and It does work as per my expectation in related section. But it doesn’t seem to update the actual portfolio page.
Can someone please point me to the file/code where I can modify the code to reflect on the portfolio item here https://ratio.qodeinteractive.com/portfolio/standard/three-columns/

Hi, I bought this theme a few weeks ago and it’s been good so far. However, I have a small question with regards to the Demo Import. I have imported the demo along with attachments.
I am now modifying/duplicating a few of those pages/portfolio items as per my need. My question is, when I completely modify the navigation bar to only load the pages/items I want, would the site still load all the other pages which are in the word press site? Example: I duplicated the “SPRING STUDIOS” page and named it to something else and have been editing that. The “Spring Studios” item still exists in my portfolio setting. But, there is currently no way on my site to load “Spring Studios” item. Does that mean the site wouldn’t download Spring studios page when I load it in a new window?
My worry is, there are 100s of pages/portfolio items in the demo. And I will hardly need 5-10 pages of them to actually load. So I am afraid the site would still load all of those 100s of pages and take too long to load.
If that’s the case can I only keep the pages I need and delete all the others? If I delete all the demo pages now and if in case I need them in future, what will be my option? Can you please assist? I hope my questions were clear. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I just purchsed the regular licence. My wordpress version is the latest and it is a fresh install with no other plugins.
I cannot import ALL content in the demo. It keeps hanging at 56%. I have increased my max file upload limit to 1GB. There is no warning error showing when I import the Demo but it just keeps hanging. I;ve checked with the domain provider and been told it’s a problem with the themes as other themes work fine. I need this resolved or get a refund.
