Hello, I have a couple of questions,

1- If user searchs property for exact period ( for example between 20.07.2021 – 25.07.2021 ), the results will be with their total cost or it will show only `the main price`? ( I mean lets say the main price of property is 100 $, so for 5 days it costs 500$. Which one will be listed? Basicly client should see the total cost rental for that period, so 500$ should be shown ) 2- Continue of the 1. question; If the property has %20 discount when you rent 5 days, What the search results will show for 5 days search? 80$ – 100$ – 400$ – 500$ ( basicly client should see 400$ as total cost at search result page ) 3- Continue of the 1. question; If the property has spesific price for that period ( Lets say 300$ per night between 20.07 – 30.07 ); what the search results will show? 80$ – 100$ – 300$ – 400$ – 500$ – 1200$ – 1500$ ) ( it would be perfect if the client sees 1.200$ ) 4- When we compare the rentals, can we compare them for the chosen period? ( I mean 1. property cost 500$ for 5 days, 2. property costs 800$ for 5 days. these total costs can be shown in the compare list? ) 5- On the main search bar, can we list the locations as drop-dawn? ( I mean, I dont want the client can search the places where I dont have properties. For example I have properties only in Russia and Greece, so client shouldnt be allowed to search in cyprus or somewhere else ) 6- Lets say in Greece, I have properties in Rodos, Athens, Kos and Santorini cities. Can client search all the properties in Greece? Possible to select multiple cities to search? 7- At half-map search results page, on the map its shown only 10 properties. Possible to show all properties at once on the search results? 8- All the properties will be published by me. Is it possible to remove the picture of owner/publisher of the properties from the listings? 9- Ical sencronisation possible? 10- Is it possible to hide the stars and reviews?

Just purchased the theme and not able to login to the support site to post a question. Getting a notification that the purchase code isn’t valid (its the one that was emailed and that matches the one that I can download via my account).

Question:

Is there another update tool you can recommend because the one that I saw recommended here in this thread is 149 dollars if you want to import just the address (addresses are custom fields with this theme and custom field imports are not allowed with the free version of the plugin you recommend)..this means another 149 just to import?

The widget that comes with this theme to display regions in the sidebar only provide country, city, and area? Is there a way to also include states? Kinda strange that wasn’t included but maybe there is a valid reason?

2) Is it possible to create these types of package? For instance:
- Package A: Full payment must be made locally to the Vendor.
- Package B: Deposit paid online before booking and remainder is paid to the Vendor offline. Is it possible

3) Scenario: I am a Vendor on the website and a Hair salon owner (not the site Admin), I have 3 hairstylists employees, can I create a single listing and allow 3 different clients to book 3 appointments at the same time on the same day?

4) I can see that the demo is very slow, what is the reason and how to fix it?

1. can I discriminate children from adulsts in the price, for example, from 0 to 2 years would have no cost, from 2 to 4 years a low cost and from 4 a normal cost. is this possible?

2. Can I make discounts for example for nights? for example, if you book 7 nights, apply a 5% discount.

3. Can I apply an extra cost for cleanings, for example?

4. Can I establish that the weekends have to be booked together? for example, during the week I can book 1 night but on Friday and Saturday (weekend) it has to go together.

Hi thank you for creating such a wonderful theme. I would like to purchase before that I have few pre sale questions

1. Is there any option to sync all calendars at a time? So we don’t have to do it manually for each listing. Or is the sync automatic?

2. Do we get any iCal sync error message on each listing in red colour if the iCal link breaks/reset? or maybe a notification that shows in dashboard. For instance, “We’re having trouble with this calendar. Click the sync icon to try again and if the problem still persists please delete and reimport.” something like this. Because this is very important if we manage more icals on day to day basis.

3. Can we have an automatic upfront payment breakdown if the booking dates are between 1-30 days then 100% upfront with due date and if the booking dates are from next month that is 31st day – any day then 30% upfront and remaining on particular due date before arrival.

4. Is there an option in booking form to add 10% insurance check box so the amount get automatically updated in the booking price?

I request you to please answer the above questions. It is really important for my business.

I would like to provide a site where property owners pay a fee to us to have their property listed on our site. Users see their places and if they want to make a booking they can contact the owners directly.

1. Is this possible ?

2. If this is possible would it be possible for the owner to display the accommodation booking calendar and price but not allow bookings done from our site.

3. Once owner subscription finishes, is the listing automatically removed unless subscription is renewed?

4. If we want to charge the owner a subscription fee for the listing and allow bookings to take place from our site, would it be possible to charge the user a deposit (which will be our booking fee) and then full payment is done with the owner direct ?

5. Before a booking is made, can a user contact the owner and ask for contact details or email so that they can bypass the site and avoid paying our fee ?

Hello, I have one question: is it possible that after a guest books a stay, the payment goes directly to the host’s PayPal or Stripe account? (I don’t take services and host fees). I don’t like that money goes to my wallet first and then I have to send it manually to the hosts, can we do this with Homey?
