Just install and activate WooCommerce plugin in your site and set your shop settings. Then for import demo products just go to Admin > Tools > Import page and click on import link. Now select sample_products.xml file from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/sample-data folder. You can also contact us via https://support.themetechmount.com/ so our team will help you on this.

Thanks for taking interest in our theme. Our demo site is slow shown in some measurements that is because we are using high quality graphics which are required for our theme view. So some images are bigger than 100kb limit and this make our site slow. But we like to preset high quality images so we are not very strong on this. But we are ready to help you in your site with our theme if you get speed issue.
