2. clients that message the agent appear in agency dashboard too (just a clients list – with their contact data, not with messages)
3.agency can search throw properties from all (agency + agents) in dashboard, based on agent name, location, phone or other filter
4. agency can see a table of agents and how many properties have have most in last 7 days / month /year

Suggestion for login and register: Add OTP login/register option as well. firebase sms verification would be a great to start for OTP because you can connect with its api.
