Perfecto, amigo! Si te parece, extenderemos de momento el soporte de Valenti y abriremos un ticket de soporte para el caso de la migración fallida. Al parecer podría tener que ver con JS o jQuery, como te he leído en otros posts -disponemos de un staging site dedicado para lanzarlo.

Lo curioso es que el script de migración de Valenti empieza a convertir algunos posts, pero queda interrumpido en algún momento, y la rueda de progreso se queda fija eternamente.

Y si con vuestra ayuda de soporte no consiguiésemos migrar, nos plantearíamos entonces el camino B (migración a Zeen y tu plugin custom para los shortcodes). Vamos allá -hasta el miércoles no podré extender el soporte… ¡pero lo haremos!

I finally purchased the theme and have first question. About the author avatar in homepage. I would like to make the avatar size bigger. I could not find the adjustment feature in customize so I assume I have to add CSS?

With Gutenberg poised to be such a huge part of Wordpress (especially in page speed/rankings), what are the biggest advantages Zeen and TipiBuilder bring over just using something like Kadence and Gutenberg blocks?

Zeen is fully optimized and compatible with Gutenberg. There are even unique theme custom Gutenberg blocks that come with Zeen

Zeen’s approach is Gutenberg for posts and Tipi Builder for homepages/landing pages/category and tag pages/etc.

Meaning you won’t have the annoying lock-in problem if you ever decide to change from Zeen that so many users have when they build big sites using something like Visual Composer or Elementor. The moment they want to move away they’re left with ugly shortcodes or all their posts are formatted weirdly.

It’s okay, despite what you read on the internet, the actual truth is that a plugin without updates is definitely does not mean problems or security issues. Login With Ajax is a lightweight plugin with good code, there’s no reason to update it really and will continue to work well for a long time.

Those are the main elements of your site, you can’t remove them. But 0.06 CLS and 0.01 CLS is exceptionally good, nothing to worry about. Most likely caused by your specific font loading and from default fallback browser font -> custom google/typekit font there is a slight CLS due to fonts having letters of different widths, etc.

Ouch, +1000 post site using WPBakery! This is why Zeen’s Tipi Builder was only intended for pages, and why Zeen is optimized for Gutenberg. So many people are using Elementor for their posts now, they’re going to run into the same headache years from now

Anyway, to answer your question – it depends on how your old theme and WPBakery created the galleries. I imagine it’s all shortcode based approach and baked into the post content area directly. If this is the case, then this will be very complicated and will require an extensive migration script to be written to scan all WPBakery shortcode galleries in all your posts and convert them over to normal gallery type. This type of job 100% requires a developer and even though is possible, is definitely complicated. You might be able to hire Chris (Codetipi dev) to help you out, you can send an email via the Codetipi profile page here on Themeforest or open a ticket at http://codetipi.ticksy.com and ask for it to be forwarded to him directly.

I did this before, actually moving a different site from Elementor, of course, it was not that big. I plan to use my limited skills on regex to the full.

If not… it will take some time, fortunately, it is my site, and I do not have to rush, just stay disciplined.

Normally you can’t use 2 builders on one page, however, I know some users who needed this and managed to do it with a free plugin.

I think the way they did was to use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/anywhere-elementor/ and put Elementor content inside a Tipi Builder Custom Code block.

I haven’t tested this myself, but I think this is how they did it.

I don’t actually know what you mean though because nothing has been deleted from the Tipi Builder – I can guarantee that. You can filter by categories with no problems.

If you are convinced though that something changed on a page of yours, then it could be an obscure bug in a specific set up, or something like that. You 100% need to open a ticket and explain the exact steps to the support team, perhaps share screenshots and admin login details so they can see the issue live, etc. If they determine/find it’s a bug, then they will escalate it to the developer who can look into fixing it via a future theme update.

And Themeforest theme support means any type of theme support – help (just like outside of Themeforest, all premium WordPress digital service operate like this), reporting problems or bugs, etc. You need to remember that lots of customers think something is a theme bug when they turn out to be a random plugin or custom code issue, etc.

I was 100% wrong about this. To use category filter, posts need to be published.

Phase one of this is already possible and part of the theme but it can only be used by sites who have hosting and cache plugin that create separate cache buckets for mobile and desktop users. You should contact both to make sure you are able to take advantage of this. If you have it, then in a future update there will be an option to have different featured images for mobile and desktop, but again, you must ensure your cache works like I mentioned to be able to use it.
