Sure the functionality can be achieved using sidebar filters but for that you need to add product tags in a specific format against the products. You need to PREPEND all relevant tags with the name of the group you want them to be in, with the format Group_Tag Name e.g. for group “Size” it should be

When you add ‘&view=all’, it means to show all the products on the page. If you’ve shown all the products on the first page then how are you going to see any products on the second page?

It is showing 12 products because the default filter to set to 12. When you change the showing count then it will change for all pages. For example if you change it to show 24 per page then it will show the 25th product on the second page because it would have added first 24 to first page. Similarly if you set show all then it will show all products on first page and thus there won’t be any on second page.

As of today, Shopify does not support using “OR” for collection filtering and that is the reason that it is showing empty when multiple options selected together.

The work around is to add the tags in all the products. For e.g. if you want a product to appear for color_black and color_white then you need to add the tags in all the products and the filter will then show the relevant products when filtered.

You can share the above url with them. On the above collection two filters ‘material faux leather’ and ‘material glass’ are selected. There are no such products containing both filters tags. Ask them as to how can I make it show the products with either one of the filter/tag on the said url.

Hello, I just share a screenshot of Shopify Support Reply. I have an issue regarding Applying a Multi tag to filter products on my collection page. I asked you to resolve it but you said in one of your above replies “As of today, Shopify does not support using “OR” for collection filtering and that is the reason that it is showing empty when multiple options selected together.” I asked Shopify to resolved my issue they said that can be done by the theme developers. & I don’t think I asked for any Customization it’s a must-have thing to filter out the products.

As stated earlier many a times, it is because both the products have the relevant variants. In this case both the products have ‘color_brown’ and ‘color_black’ variants available.

You can achieving the same by adding all the relevant variants to all the products.

There is no theme.scss file in our theme. In order to get your relevant css I’d suggest you to go to the tutorial below. They will help you in getting the required css for the section that you want to change and then change it accordingly in their respective css file.

As it is shown in container so it is taking full width of the container which is 1200px. It is bootstrap based so you need to study bootstrap 3 documentation and update the classes accordingly to reduce its width.

The reason that it wasn’t working on mobile is that you have not added the menu title. It requires that to show the inside menu. I’ve added for one menu and it is showing fine. Kindly add titles for each menu and it will show fine.

This isn’t what you asked in your last message, still I’ll answer. The file to remove from is ‘header-mob-nav.liquid’ but removing it will remove the drop down menu as well. The relevant js code can be seen in ‘mobile_menu.js’ file

Because the images that you’ve uploaded are not of the same size. Upload images with same size or aspect ratio. Theme doesn’t resize them.

Shopify theme update doesn’t work in automated way. Kindly download the updated theme from themeforest. To update kindly upload a new copy of the latest version. Then copy the content of the ‘settings_data.json’ file, https://nimb.ws/IXDfk7 , of the current theme and paste it in the latest version themes ‘settings_data.json’ file. It will move all your data and settings to the new theme.

Note that any custom changes made will be lost as you’ll be using a new uploaded theme.

This is a security setting from Instagram to prevent attacks on the endpoint. Try to visit through another network or cellular network and it will work fine again. The reason why it can help to switch to cellular networks is the new connection gives the device a new IP address.

I’m guessing that the error is happening due to the development process where you typically refresh a site multiple times in a short time. This behavior is not normal for a typical visitor and should not be an issue. The fact that the call is made by the client means that is the users’ IP address and not the servers that get blocked. That’s also why you guys have the problem and do not.
