When I export customized template (colors, logo, logo position and texts), gulp exports CSS with SCSS calls, but watching your example, SCSS calls isn’t present.
You can check “site-mobile-header” class on header element, they calls into this missed path /vendor/node_modules/bootstrap/scss/_reboot.scss for “header” element, there is only one issue from another issued elements.
Please consider this: I’m working with your Sources folder

in the desktop version the search bar has the expanded list with a list of products , this functionality works across all templates available by your team. On the mobile version the expanded list does not work in any of the templates besides the Wordpress version. On the wordpress mobile version this is available. The question is can we somehow use the mobile version functionality of the search expand list of wordpress on the HTML5 template?
