Hey, for some reason I cannot use any contact forms with the latest version of the site? When I switch to a different theme it works straight away, I’m using contact form 7 but I’ve tried others and it’s the theme as when I disable all plugins but the form, no difference and also just works perfectly when I go to a standard theme. Is there a way to download. / install an older version of the theme? Thanks

There’s a kind of BUG using the Service List VisualComposer module: There’s no way to change, hide or translate the button (and his text) that appears down every service of the list. I see this “BUG” is there from more than 3 years.

If you do not consider it a BUG please consider to at least make it translatable through plugins like WPML or Locotranslate that include String translation. I’ve tried them, but this buttons has no strings, seems to be hard-coded or something strange.

So I updated the theme to work with the latest php and WP files and I have issues that I have to update. Why I do not have access to the support? I don’t need help, I just need to be able to look up some things. Like how to change the area behind the logo. I did that once but I didn’t had to make changes on the site for some time. Other themes let you read the forum info.

Hello, I am using your theme RENOVATE which i bought in 2019. The theme works great. Since May 2020 the cost calculator stopped working. Everything else works great. We changed everything, content, text, photos and we took down other thing we didn’t need. We just bought a new version 30 min ago and we would like to update the theme but we don’t want to lose any of our current content. How can we do that the easiest way? Please let us know, thank you in advance.

Hi again, I just left a message on the wrong template (I guess). So, after the latest update my contact form and calculator contact form aren’t working properly. I noticed that I’m receiving the emails but there is no “confirmation message” after you press “Submit now”. It looks like nothing happens and people will get frustrated like I did. Now I now is actually sending the messages but there is no way to know that. I’m guessing that this is a minor problem so, please drive me a little bit to fix it by myself as soon as possible, Thanks a lot.
