There is no option to add the live video option in the theme. It seems you need the plugin for this purpose, however, we haven’t tested any so cannot provide you with the recommendations.

I’ve written 3 emails and got no answers about pre-purchase questions. Do you answer your Crumina.net email box? This isnt a good look. And after reading some of the comments this software seems buggy. I want to run a social media website, not be fixing bugs all day. If Vikinger was GPL licensed I’d just go with the at this point

Ok…your link leads to a page with a 404 code. Nothing there. That’s great. Since I cant get an answer from the Crumina website to have a private exchange it looks like we’ll have a public one.
The product page for Vikinger does not indicate it is 100% GPL licensed. I also emailed them with the same question ( The same one I wrote Crumina 3 times for already ) and that is:
Do I have the right to to re-sell my website to a third party after I build my business on your software? No Strings…it’s essentially mine. .My understanding of GPL licenses is yes…I can do whatever i want with it. I will not build a business on any platform that I have no ultimate control over. When I asked Vikinger this question they said NO, you do not have the right to re-sell your business built on our software…so they are done…they dont get my business. They said nothing about a GPL v2.
Second, How does your GPL license affect all the Plugins included with Olympus?
Third, If I sell my business built on Olympus how does this affect product updates? Are there changes I need to make for the new owner in regards to updates?
Fourth, how can I trust your support after you just gave me a broken link and failed to respond to 3 emails to Crumina.net regarding these questions?
I’m not sure if the Crumina owner is involved in customer support or if he farms it out but none of this is good.

- Yes, Olympus is 100% GPL compatible. Included plugins (Youzify, BBpress, BuddyPress) are also 100% GPL compatible. That is the requirement for all plugins placed on the WP.org plugin directory. - Yes you can resell the website.
- But there are will be few issues that you need to work with before site re-sell.
- All our themes updates are provided via the Envato marketplace so you need to sell your Envato account OR create API Key for updates. More you can read here: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Quick easy question for you,
I am changing the 4 blocks in the welcome box and have two simple ones sorted but are struggling with two others.
One is member settings and the other is notifications. I have removed my name and the word from the link which now reads https://okinawa-cars.com/notifications/ & https://okinawa-cars.com/profile/
When this is clicked I simply get a 404 error page.
Please advise what words or symbols etc are missing from these links so that I can get it working. These items are not explained so clearly in documentation I think unless I missed it.

I found the additional menu in screen options at the top of admin-menu page and clicked Buddypress-members.
This was so simple and you could have told me simply instead of having me email you and wasting each others time.

Before i make a purchase, i am verifying if below features would be possible in your theme
1- Status- This is very important, a User should be able to set up a status manually for thier profile, for example, Red, Yellow or Green…, and before they set change the status, they have to put in a comment which will be mandatory for example why they are changing it to Red.
2- Need to have multiple user types, for example Organization or Individual, and some of the feature and fields would be availiable based on type of user they are ( Organization or Individual)
3- Near by intergation, for example for a organization user type, i want to display 5 specific clothing stores near by on thier profile page.
4- Then Landing page should like a dashboard report, which will display the users in the red status followed by yellow and green for example, and these users display would be defaulted based on the visitors region, and they should be able to filter it or modify the dashboard based on the region they select.

Does Olympus contain the paid version of Youzify? As in, not the free version? I already purchased Youzify and I’m looking for a new theme since my current theme is not compatible. Would I be able to use the license of Youzify that I already purchased on a different site if I purchase Olympus and use it on my current site?
And, should I uninstall Youzify before switching to the Olympus theme?

2. I’m only interested in users submitting blog posts for every body to see. Can I deactivate the whole “community” part? members activity, friend-ing each other… and maybe put it back later
You can use the plugins for the requested purpose but it seems to use it will be easier to find the theme which already has the required functionality and has no community features. You can “disable” the community features of the theme if needed but it’s the main theme’s purpose.
As for the assistance, unfortunately, support of the third-party plugins which are not included to the theme is above the Envato support policy.

your theme doesn’t support Jetpack ?
We have no compatibility issues with the theme and Jetpack plugin. We have no issues with the images/Jetpack on test environments and have no complaints from other users. The issue seems to be related to your installation only. Probably the issue is caused by the images’ names as you have added spaces in names. It’s highly recommended to avoid spacing while naming files.
As we have no chance to check your site we just guessing that issue is caused by Jetpack. It can be caused by other third-party plugins which influence the images or other issues/errors on site.
As we already informed it’s not a common issue so we are not able to fix it as it’s related to your site only.

As for the update, all the changes,fixes and improvements are mentioned in the change log. Surely we have feedback from the users and if it’s a bug (which can be replicated on out test environment and not related to the specific installation only) we add it to our list to fix as soon as possible. We cannot fix issues we cannot replicate.
Surely the theme includes plugins and their bugs influence the functionality. The only thing we can do in this case is to contact the author and report the bug.
We will be glad to support you if the issue is really theme related and not caused by third-party plugin. Third-party plugins compatibility is above the the support policy.

Please check this screenshot. As you can see when the image has no spaces in the name and displays as supposed. The images with spaces can be seen correctly on blog posts as they are not resized there.
Please make sure you have added correct images names without spacers to avoid the issue with the images displaying.

Don’t make fake excuses for the third party plugins as you always make.. Your theme is based wordpresz and jetpack is one of an important part of WordPress and most of WordPress site use it.. You haven’t reply why the picture name problem is with the Olympics latest news widget for element. You need clea mentioned about your themes working like compatible plugins? For youzify support? about which kind of support you guys will give?
In case you need the solution for the issue, please, name the files correctly. Avoid using spaces in filenames is a common recommendation at least for better search engine rankings. Space is not recommended because, in the code, a space gets replaced by %20.
As for the blog posts images, already mentioned it in a previous response https://prnt.sc/1juwdbe.
“Compatible with” is a section on ThemeForest, you can check the list of the compatible plugins. Jetpack is not on this list, however, it works correctly if the media files are named according to the common recommendations.
As for the kind of support we provide, you can check https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/208191263-What-is-Item-Support-, it’s a common rule for all authors.
As for Youzify, we have already clarified in a previous comment that if the issue is related to the plugin we can do anything but contact the author.
If you are not happy with the theme and state in the article the purchase was “biggest mistake” you can contact the Envato support and create a refund and get your money back so you will be able to find the theme more suitable for you.

you should mention clear about your themes limitation on your theme discerption clearly.
We haven’t mentioned the images sizes, we specified that we resize the images to make them same proportion ratio. You have 2 options, the first one is to name images according to common rules (it’s pretty logical to set – instead of spaces in image names and seems to be a common requirement for the image file name) and the second one is to disable the plugin. It’s up to you what to choose for your site.
We’ll take your experience into consideration and will see what can be added to make the theme description more detailed and clear for the users.

Dear, I think you forgot that you are selling Social Networking Theme for Wordpress and you forget the add this limitation script to your theme. On social networking sites, this point must be the built-in theme.

Till now dis you found any edited Screen Post? To be Frank I haven’t found such Trouble such theme provider Company who always pass own theme Bugs on others. I dont want other buyers suffers due to your themes Bugs and Bad support

approx. six months passed still no smooth operations, Theme is full of bugs every update bring problem. no single month passed trouble-free. Crumina team needs to learn to solve problems and develop trouble-free themes instead of blaming yoizify Plugin. I think they forget they are selling the theme by highlighting youzify plugin only.
