Currently, it is bootstrap version 5. What I want is the latest bootstrap 3 version-based.

All the files of the template are changed as Bootstrap 4 to 5 have different HTML/CSS/JS structure, so there is no specific file or code changes log available and this is common for almost HTML templates you will find in the market.

Please make sure to update theme and included plugins also as per various articles available here – https://pofo.themezaa.com/documentation/knowledgebase/theme-plugin-update/. Then remove your server / cdn / plugin and browser cache and check your website. In our demo site and testing of new theme update there is no problem with menu in any type of header style, so you can please check with your developer about conflict of any plugins or customisation for more investigation.

Bootstrap 4 has complete structure change, so you will need to use new template package fully if you want to upgrade to BS 4 and build your website pages again as per new HTML/CSS/JS structure. This is an HTML / CSS template, so there is no mechanism of quick update in the existing website, especially when it is a major update.

I have manage to show the menu item only on small on main menu but this top header should be fixed to allow 2 rows
