Hey there I cannot seem to find where to add or replace the header image inside a page. I’m not sure why but it doesn’t seem to be the Featured Image and I want to replace the image that’s there, but I don’t see it anywhere in order to do so. Please help!

You’re probably referring to the side panel. The content is a widget area and can be edited in the Appearance> Widgets> side panel widget area.
When the user screen is below a certain point, this side panel becomes the mobile menu.
It can be edited in the Appearance> menu

I’m still using this theme up to today and it have been great so far. But I have some problem with the pinterest portfolio. It doesnt looked pinterest at all but it’s arrange row by row like this: https://vanh1mi.com/portfolio/. Is this because of the resolution of the thumbnails? Is there any instruction I should know to make it like the demo?

Hi. The theme is very cool but I have a little problem. When I update my portfolio, somehow there are many gaps between the items in portfolio page. I think it’s because of the thumbnail size but I’m not sure how to fix. Thank you

Be sure to upload big enough images when they’re in full size (max 1950px width and 3000 height) as thumbnails are automatically cropped in the portfolio list views.

In the portfolio list views, it’s like: there is only 1 thumb in the first row, and then it skip to 2nd row with 3 thumbs (instead of continue displaying in the 1st row), and then the 3rd row only have 1 thumb again, so it mess up the layout. I wish I can upload image for you. I hope you can understand what I describe lol

It is recommended to keep a fix number of 10 selected work to keep the layout as is.
If you need more work posts displayed, I recommend choosing another portfolio layout.

Yeah, you’re a little late on the reply.
I had to switch themes. Yours is broken. My php is 7.4. Again, this was from most recent update you made earlier this month.
This theme doesn’t work. We’re not using it. How can I get my money back? or, do I need to go through my credit card company?

The theme can’t be broken. It was released recently, works prefectly on the local, staging and live server and has been carefuly reviewed by the Themeforest review team.
What’s your ticket number on the forum? I couln’t find it. The theme works with PHP 7.4 and PHP 8 on a standard hosting offer that meet the minimum requirements so it must be something elsse on your server side that can be fixed.
We would gladly help you out on the forum but this is diffucult to help without any further info. Please post a ticket in the support forum with screenshots, your website URL and a temporary login access.

Really liking the look of this theme. very slick! Just wondered, do the videos that feature on the portfolio work on mobile as well as desktop?

Also, has this demo been optimised in any way? Does it use caching/ JS or CSS minification etc? Wanting something that ideally can get under 1.5 seconds page load, if not under 1 second.

Interesting. So if you were take all the performance enhancements off and measure the core theme, how fast (on average) would page load be? Like 4 seconds? 5? Even longer? Know it sounds a bit pedantic – I’m really just trying to get a sense of how much it could be optimised.
Because as nice as it looks, I’m also after something that would rank well – i.e. the best of both words. Pretty website & SEO monster

Hi, I purchased this theme and am not able to import all demo content through the one-click demo import or manually. Only a pair of pages import, and neither functions or looks correctly when viewed. I have adjusted all the settings to make sure they meet at least the minimum theme requirements and it still doesn’t work. Any help?

It works fine even for hosts with low server settings. Hello, the theme has been working fine for me till I logged back into my dashboard. The theme broke my site completely. Ive done alot of troubleshooting and I think the problem comes from Wolf Core plugin. Whenever I deactivate it, it shows a little styling but its still broken but when I activate wolfcore it breaks completely and gives a critical error. I dont even know what to do now or where the problem comes from

A few of the demos work badly on mobile. Text are cut off, the landings are inverted, etc. Great theme, but before a purchase we need to know these aren’t a pattern of issues that come with the theme. Obviously if they are present on the demos, its not exactly a good look? I’m sure its a glitch because the theme seems to be built well. Any reason why these issues aren’t being addressed?
