I understand that your product is the design only and it needs to be connected to a Database to function. I’m not very experienced with database management so would you please advise if there’s a video to learn more how to connect your product to the database and get the app working ?

Hi, yes it does not come with a database. You’d have to setup your own backend.
We are having difficulty getting the provisions made within your JavaScript to get the distance and trip duration between selected routes generated on the map. Pls can you send us screenshot of the position to enable us proceed with generating fare cost? We also need the location we will need to enter the variables to compute fare cost. These guys are not genuine, they are operating like fraudulent guys who simply put out a product and care less about the users. I wonder what their idea of support means. They collect your money and will not respond to your questions.
Messages I left 17days ago are not responded to. Yet they responded to a message which had prospects of collecting $20 and ignored mine.
Again three days ago, I left another message and they are not responding. Yet time is ticking for support duration to end.
I have sent series of messages to their support email and not even one has been responded to.
I have been on this Envarto platform for years and bought several applications and scripts, but I have never seen such level of non-challant attitude towards customers. They don’t care about giving support.
I think it’s a deliberate attempt to frustrate your efforts so you will need to come to them again to build the App to function and charge you a whopping sum of $25,000 which they already quoted to a frustrated customer.
Pls can someone give me the link to report this issue to the owners of Envarto platform? These guys don’t seem to be good guys at all.

Hi, we have responded several times about your issue and have seen the comments that you have left. Unfortunately, as this is an HTML template, if you want to have a backend or a DB working with it, as we have said you are going to have to set it up yourself. We are not providing the functionality.
As for the maps, everything is in the documentation and there is no other customers that have had such a hard time with it. Please make sure that your API keys are all setup.

Hi, we have been doing our best to set it up. However, we will appeal that you please show us graphically where we need to add the API for the Driver’s side Map. we have it all working on the Rider’s side now, but the Driver’s map is still not ok. Thanks in anticipation of your kind response.

It’s so discouraging contacting your support team and having to wait for too long to get a response. It’s frustrating and I wonder why it is called support when you don’t get responded to on time. Despite the fact that you have collected your money, your customers satisfaction should be key.

All of the information is included in the documentation. This app is not working without backend, so you would need some setup for that. however, sending the api request would not need the backend person.
We are not sure exactly what problems you are having, since none of our customers have had this issue and all of them were fine installing the maps.
If you need any kind of customization rather than support, which I think you do because you might have some bugs that might need resolving differently than indicated in the documentation, then we would be happy to help you. Just reach out on our email.

Also, as part of support, can’t you indicate to your customer the various points to add the API and where to enable all the map functions? I still think you can do that for your customer. Our problem is that the map is not responding
We bought your product but right now as I am setting up, the map is not responding. So we cant progress as Rider cant continue to book a ride. Please what do we do to ensure the Map works properly. We need to use it in Nigeria or rather Africa
As a followup to my first question, please lets know where to impute the necessary details to make the Map work. Also, lets know the setting we need to put in place to ensure that available Drivers online can be seen by the Passenger on the Map for selection

Dear customer, Template which you have bought is not full functionally taxi booking system, It is HTML template only, If you would like to create full functional Taxi booking system you need developers who can do it for you
I know but you need to guide the Developer. Why not respond to our questions by guiding the developer. Please answer to the earlier questions (2) so that the developer can continue. It’s part of the support service we are entitled to.

Hi all the details regarding changes to the map are actually in the documentation. Please make sure that you have a working API key for using Google Maps. Please enable all the APIs for Google Directions and you should be all set. Also, don’t forget that this app is just a front end app, so booking & all else should happen with writing some backend code as well. All in all, we do not provide you with our API key, so you need to generate yours.

We will appreciate if you can indicate to us all the areas we need to add the API Key.
Also help indicate where we will need to enable all the APIs for Google Directions and how to set them. We believe that as your customer you desire to see us succeed using your product.

Hi! I read on your taxi HTML5 template app that you provide complete documentation to how to develop iOS and Android apps for your Taxi app. Can you please suggest me how you’re using the database? I only know about Webview in iOS and Android, and therefore am not sure how to develop an HTML5 app from your template.
I’m not looking for customizations, only need to be sure if your templates is ready to build as an app without any database/api requirements. I can purchase the Google Maps API although need to know if this app can be built for iOS and Android. Thanks!
Dear customer , this is HTM L template only, for fully working taxi booking system you need developers who will program this template for you. It is not easy and cost not cheap
