I have uploaded the theme but there is no option to activate it by adding the license code as shown in documentation. Every thing is active but when I am trying to import the demo it says to manually import it.

Hello, I’m having a problem when creating a new user role (except admin), When the user logs in to the dashboard, the login process is completed successfully and navigates to the dashboard, but when clicking to view site the site will display without the admin top bar and cannot access the dashboard !! (when switching the theme this problem does not appear) my support expired Thank you

Any way to set the feature to expire in 3 days or 7 days ? Currently the “number of expiring days” removes the entire listing. Would appreciate a reply. And i cant access the zendesk website. do any my quires here thank you

I’m having trouble with the modal that opens when an image is chosen from the property/listing. I would like to know how to deactivate it or otherwise customize it, since it prevents closing it, generating a bad experience for the user.

Is it possible to add an Extra category to be displayed like the Features one? For instance i want to create one ’’Suitable for’’ and add different fields in there to be available for agents to choose. Also this has to be displayed separate on a single property view .

I’m trying to export the site data to a real estate portal here in Brazil and I’m using WP All Export Pro that is indicated by you but the gallery images are not being exported only the highlighted image that is exported I’m using this field { Image URL} plus it brings the featured image and not the gallery images.
