Hello there, I have purchased your template , can u tell me how to make the contact form working ? Secondly , i want to change the name from Ultimate Hosting to my company name on the index page on top left , but that is a image file . How can i change it ?

I am interested in this template. I would like a more detailed demo or more detailed screenshots of the WHMCS pages, if you could. Or if you could simply send me a link to any other place on the web where this is in use. I am mostly interested in different cart styles.
I may also be interested in a custom template design at a later point. Your work is nice and clean, and I like it.

I think you need to read carefully – you need to purchase through themeforest this template – that contains single page template for your site, then you have to install in subfolder your WHMCS and with this template you’ll receive client area template that you can upload to templates folder in your whmcs installation. I can’t send / sell you this outside of themeforest market place as this is exclusive. I’m open to freelance work, but you need to describe first what problem you’ve got and send it to me and I can tell you if I’m capable of doing it. Because themeforest maintain very high quality of templates that means we authors obligated to provide detailed instruction how to install / use / configure templates.

I have whmcs in root and your whmcs template in the template folder. Is there anyway to make this work?
In instructions is that template is in root and whmcs in subfolder – try that way

Yes – contact form does work, however if you remove “portfolio” section there is a need for small change in javascript.
Screenshots 3 and 4 comes from if you use whmcs hosting management system with my template you get customer template for that too

hello i uploaded now on my old host from a company what i canceled and your contact form sents me an email now on my own webserver it doesnt work maybe because of php.ini config do you have a working one and can look if this is right in php.ini

I cannot get the contact form to work as well, even after removing the relevant bit from site.js. Would this be related to the missing jquery.easing.1.3.js file?

The contact form does not work.
I looked at index.php code – I don’t see any part where that it’s linked to contact.php
Your documentation are not complete – I feel like I have to be a mindreader to get this to work.

oh and I noticed in index.php there is this liner – <script src=”js/jquery.easing.1.3.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>
but I don’t even see the physical file in the downloaded package.
you really need to fix the package and reupload the stable version, the other user was right with the bugs in this template.
I have to disagree with you.
First of all – contact.php is called through ajax in site.js – search for ”#send”).click(function() { – you will find: $.ajax({ type: “POST”, url: “contact.php”,
and it works. Demo of this template is in here: http://www.csselite.pl/ultimate_hosting/ and every time I type something in contact form it sends me an email. You don’t follow instructions.You’ve changed the source code and accusing me of being incompetent:

Next thing – look: you’ve got this file – http://173.198.255.49/~mrazhost/js/jquery.easing.1.3.js this is from your server, so I don’t understand your problem here.Personally I know who has issues with this template as they didn’t install this properly. I can’t either be a mind reader that’s why manual is step by step what to do.
yeah i changed the location of contact.php cos it didn’t work anyways with the original – but i changed it back and it still don’t work – you wanna help check?
and that jquery.easing.1.3.js file – i had to do a google search(http://gsgd.co.uk/sandbox/jquery/easing/) for that file and upload it to my server hoping to get the contact form to work but it did not as well.
Are you telling me that we are suppose to do that? talking about mindreading, i had to scrutinize the code and do trial and error to troubleshoot something that shouldn’t be there at all.

Ok … I’ve checked – you were right – this file is missing – sorry for that.
The issue why form doesn’t work 99% is because there is no more #portfolio section on homepage, however .js looking for that and not finding causing some problem. If you don’t mind to remove$('#portfolio')

Thanks! Deleting that fixed it although I don’t understand why that could have caused it not to work.
By the way I had to edit the contact script to use SMTP authentication though as emails are not coming in to my Google Apps email account compared to other email accounts like Yahoo – lucky I had no problem with that.

No worries I’m glad we found what was that and could clear the atmosphere – I’ll take care of this .js file and update the instruction where I’ll put the note “if you removing portfolio from page, make sure you’ll get rid of function from site.js”

I Can change the theme to be the same, in different languages ?
Mhm … thats the good question. Originally I’ve modified one of the standard templates and most of the elements are using $LANG in smarty variables, so I’m guessing should be fine – have a go – you can switch language and see what happens.

Actually I need to re-word it – sorry for confusion.
What I mean – before you start setting up your hosting website first install and make sure Ultimate Hosting template works from root folder of your domain. Next – create subfolder for example ‘support’ and install WHMCS in there. Once you’ve got your WHMCS working from support folder upload whmcs template from Ultimate Hosting to templates folder in whmcs and switch it in options.
Was this template updated for whmcs 5.1.2 yet?

I think I drop a ball about not saying anything about the fact this template have to be in root. I’m not 100% sure how, but I know there were someone who actually did what you trying to achieve. It may be matter of linking to css and images.

Some menus are still broken with my fix.
It has to do with your template probably using old bootstrap version.
WHMCS 5 .1 is use the new version. Navigation menus are quite different (using collapsable .navbar)
