Whenever I deactivate Woocommerce plugin, my site keeps on loading. When I turn it on, the site works normally. I am leaving my site like this, so you can see. (rokketbase.com) I have tried changing the browsers, devices, also cleared cache and tried but same result on every browser and device. Can this be fixed?

To change content on any page, open that page while you’re logged in and click on Edit with Elementor from top bar.

So far loving this theme. I have an issue, I am using the homepage 18 and header 15B. I would like to remove the cart icon from that header. I have looked everywhere but can’t seem to remove it, is there any possibility that I can remove the cart icon from there?
If you’re not using ecommerce then you can uninstall Woocommerce and that cart icon should disappear from header. If you still face the issue then you need to open a support ticket with temporary access so that we can check your setting.

Woocommerce is not required plugin to run Ryse. If you meant preloader is showing infinitely then you need to clear cache and check. Otherwise, please open a ticket with your site url.
Well, I thought I would just install the theme again but I have no idea what is the issue. I have setup the recommended settings and when I try to import demo it says your server does not match our recommended settings to import demo while all the settings have green tick mark on it. I have attached the images as well.

Having said this, you may still proceed with import and see what happens. Our import works for 99% hosting companies.

In Ryse, there are many sliders already at banner. You can use add slider in other parts of the site by using slider revolution (included).

Ahhh understood. In some Windows 10 machine blank spaces show like that. As we use Mac so we don’t see it. It’s not an error. In Wpbakery one can edit spaces at the end to get rid of it. We’ll try to grab a PC to delete those spaces from our demos.

Hi i’ve re-downloaded both the Wordpress only package and the full installation package… no matter which i use there are only 18 demos installed after the demo data is installed.
What going on with that… have you not updated the downloadable packes with the 2 new demo page templates No.19 & No. 20 yet?

To receive new demos you need to reimport on a fresh installation. We have all 20 demos available. Fresh import may overwrite existing pages/images/changes.

Yes i know… It does try to do that but the ” latest content” the 2 NEW demos are not there. Everything is from the demo is there… just not the new ones. I oly re-downloaded the theme again todayso it should all be upto dateand include the 2 new page templates i would have thought.

Just tried demo import and I could find
Demo Nineteen and Demo Twenty under Admin -> Pages. It’s true that after import, those pages are not showing in Mega Menu but physical pages are there and very much accessible from Admin – https://nimb.ws/VHi1xB . You can add them to any menu.
We’ll fix this shortly.

Did you mean you wanted to set any other header? Ryse has 16 header styles. If you select one header then you need to change header styles under that header option ( https://prnt.sc/12eweve ). We would like to inspect your problem. You may open a support ticket to explain in detail.

Hi, The page is on a MySQL server. We upload a backup of the web through the duplicator. But when doing any type of editing, an error occurs in the element, error 500 and the form submission does not work.
While transferring using Duplicator maybe some files were not properly imported. It’s advised to use demo installer bundled with the theme for proper functionality. Error 500 is an PHP error which might be generating from your web hosting.
