Hi, I have bought the theme already in April but the customer was ready only now to deliver the content for the website. I hope you can help me anyway.

I have moved the website yesterday to the production server and I am getting now all the time the message “Please activate Sixten Helper Plugin before your work with this theme.​​” The plugin is activated though – I have even tried to reinstall it.

Furthermore my list icons on the front page are not checkmarks anymore but just black dots and the counter at the bottom of the page is not working anymore.

Can you give me a hint, how to solve this?
