Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Upon inspecting your site code, I can see that the Widget you are using is coming from your theme Woodmart and not from WooCommerce core itself. Here is a screenshot that confirms this:

Please add the “Waiting List” functionality to the theme.
Currently we are using Yith Waiting list, but although their plugins are feature-rich, but they are very bad in styling and customizing them is a pain. (We are glad you already implemented Wishlist feature in the theme that we no longer need to use Yith wishlist)
An Elemrntor Widget and/shortcode to show the list of products in Waiting List would be great as well.
Waiting list is a critical feature in B2B.

Please add an Elementor Widget for “In your cart” that displays optionally a carousel or grid of products in user’s cart (and is hidden if the cart is empty)
This feature is very handy in order to push customers to complete their orders and is useful to recover abandoned cart.

Probably, you have imported all our demo versions and pages. They have a lot of images. Moreover, WordPress generates at least 5-6 thumbnails for every image so that is why you have so many images. To avoid this you need to uncheck the following option before importing https://gyazo.com/52d1b424e1a6c84c764b7fc93d7563d3 You can delete all your current images via Dashboard -> Media.

i bought this theme licence for a domain and installed the theme on that but now i want to change the domain because i removed previous domain and removed all the installed theme data completely from there. so can i use this licence for another domain.and what will be the process for using this licence to another domain.

I have found a small issue. I am pass my support period but only picked this up now. I have a product that has 42 different colours. If I add more than a certain amount of colours, the image thumbnails that shows the colour disappears and then it replaces it with text. It is only happening on this one product.

My website recently started having this issue of distorted backend (screenshot attached).
Sometimes it works normally, but other times (like now) it shows distortedly like the screenshot attached. It happens sometimes when I just log in (dashboard), sometimes when I click All pages, sometimes plugins, sometimes Products, etc. I deactivated all plugins and it didn’t solve it. But when I activated a WordPress default theme (Twenty Twenty One), the issue disappeared, which is why I think the problem is with the theme.

We have checked your error log but it is empty and we still can’t identify the issue. We need to be able to see the problem ourselves or at least have some error logs. Otherwise, it is not possible to understand what is it caused by. And this problem is not related to our theme since other WordPress styles are also not loaded.

Even though you said the problem is not related to your theme, my dashboard is only broken when your theme is activated.
I deactivated all plugins (including yours) and activated your theme and the problem persisted. But when I activated a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty One), the problem immediately disappeared. I activated your theme after that to be doubly sure, and the problem returned again. I have sent a new video capturing this to you via the contact form as earlier instructed, so that you can understand better. My login details are also included to give access for troubleshooting.
Whilst I do not seek to make your theme look bad (it’s the best theme I have ever used), from all indication, the problem is with your theme, wholly or partly.

The strange thing is that it happens on your website only on the dashboard page but works on the Plugins page according to the video. There are other pages of the website that are malfunctioning too, so I checked the Console on those pages and it caught some errors. Since the Dashboard isn’t showing any errors on Console, the errors on these other pages (Slider Revolution, Widgets, Edit page, Menu, etc) may be helpful. I have sent the video to your contact form.

It seems to be some issue caused by your browser. If it works in the incognito tab it might be caused by some of the installed extensions. Also, try to clear your browser cache and cookies completely.

This theme is a box and looks nor can be converted to look anything like the demo. Wordpress is UNNECESSARILY DIFFICULT to accommodate overpriced web developers. I have tried two days only to have all changes revert back to same box style. Returning to AI so I have time to actually sell products not just do website editing.

Yes, it is optimized for Yoast SEO plugin.
Okay now that I have tried RANK MATH SEO I see that on its side it has good options to work automatically, while YOAST SEO is more outdated and not very intuitive.
Please consider that WOODMART is also well prepared and just as enriched for RANK MATH SEO.
Personally I would like to use RANK MATH SEO, because I like it better, due to its automations for filling Seo meta tag fields but I cannot use it because WOODMART is not very well suited for rank math seo.
Please make WOODMART well ENRICHED and PREPARED to work with the RANK MATH SEO plugin.
