You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

There were updates to the theme. You can check changelog here. The theme is supported and it will be continued to be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the next update will come out.

Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

Anyhow, by purchasing the Regular License you will be able to use our theme for an unlimited period of time, you’ll be able to update your theme every time we release a new theme version, and you’ll also have the option to get all the latest versions of the plugins that come bundled with our theme.

Thanks for writing in! There will for sure be an update released. Our team is working hard on updating all our themes and you will be notified once it is out.

When it comes to Elementor Updater, this is a known issue with Elementor itself. You could contact them for further information on it, however, we have found the following as a proposed solution. You can navigate to Elementor -> Tools -> Versions -> and do a rollback to a previous version (maybe try with 3.2.4 version). This should allow the Elementor Data updater to go through quickly then you will be able to update to the later version.

Thank you for the reply. Although this is a known issue with Elementor, every Elementor theme I have has managed to now fix this and it is only this one theme I am having this issue with.

Since WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
