Hi, we bought this today alongwith extended support after checking on the front page of the extension listing that it was compatible with Drupal 9. However after downloading, it doesn’t get installed on Drupal 9. We have created a support ticket on your portal as well. This is bit urgent and I will appreciate if you could help get this running on Drupal 9.

This theme has turned out to be useless, can’t get it to run with Drupal 9 at all, the documentation is bad and the support doesn’t get responded to.

I installed the theme in drupal 7 version and it works ok, but for version 8 it doesn’t load the website content

I am having a group of 22 websites running in Drupal 8 platform, I would like to buy this theme and use it for all 22 sites.

So, here I need to buy 1 Regular License or 22 Regular Licenses please clarify on this.

If I need to buy a different License for each site means I need to spend more money, so please advise on this.

I bought the theme, unzipped it and in the Drupal 9 folder I found the addmmiinerr.php file, and in the vendor folder, there are 51 folders, while in the Drupal 8 folder there are only 34 folders in the Vendor folder. Not clear how to add my review so I will just note that I had no luck with this theme. While I am new-ish to Drupal, I have installed and tested a half dozen other themes. I did not find their video terribly helpful, plus their file organization was a bit crazy as they include perhaps 4x the number of files you actually need for the theme without telling you where to go look for the files you actually need. So a bit frustrating and confusing.

While slow, their service folks did try to help, so that was appreciated. However, they appeared to have English as a 2nd language (which is totally fine, except if you are operating in an English marketplace) so that made communication difficult (also true in their written documentation—tough to decipher).

The theme looks amazing, I just never in perhaps 30 hrs (!) of effort, got it to show anything worth mentioning. I so wanted this theme to work, I so tried, but sadly nothing. At least I learned more about Drupal in the process, but otherwise a very frustrating experience.

Very nice looking theme, bought it just recently. Installed the full D8 package provided by the theme and tried to uninstall Commerce, since I don’t need it. Got the white screen of death – “The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.” Is this a known problem and how can I uninstall Commerce properly?

I purchased a progressive theme. However, the file in Drupal 8 folder is different from the installation method you attached. You are telling me something wrong. Please give us a proper guide or refund.
