When we open a listing, the description tab is pre-open, resulting in the viewer scrolling more than required to get all the information. Can we stop the tab from pre-opening?

Hey There! Your geolocation is not working, when I click on nearest me from pop up, it keeps loading and at last shows a form every time or sometimes with a message of no geolocation found. I have also testing with Google API’s.

It is working as it should. The form is displayed, so the visitor can fix the geolocation data recovered. This theme needs detailed geolocation address for better precision, other themes are not providing numeric distance metering on the cards, that is why the form step isn’t needed to them. If you want to skip the form step, this can be implemented for next versions, but distance precision won’t be guaranteed.

Please confirm if you have an active/supported license for Listar currently, you need to login with the account you have used to purchase the item and write a comment, so your account will be flagged as “purchased” and “supported”, if active.

Some customers turned the site multilanguage with Polylang and Loco. WPML wasn’t tested yet. You can test and if not satisfied, a refund will be provided.

Please send an email to support@wt.ax with login credentials for admin and it will be verified. The error should never be the same, because after you fill the Mapbox token, the whole map API changes, even if the token fails. Because Mapbox API does not have the “same” error your reported, it is impossible. This specific error happens only on Jawg maps.

You can test the performance of Listar theme previews against the Pagespeed tools. The performance will vary between servers, mainly in shared servers and common/cheap hosting plans.

“Many” people: this is not true. Any WordPress install, including Listar, may achieve great performance, and it does not depends exclusively of the theme. No WordPress theme install (including Listar directory) will provide an A Rank performance by itself, it depends of optimization, cache and so on, and this requires technical knowledge on that matter. The theme provides built in Pagespeed steps intending to instruct customers and make it easier.

Hello, I have a few questions. 1.- Why is there a difference between the home page with logged in, in this one I am missing icons everywhere and without logged in most of them look good, for example, the search bar does not have the icon of the type of search when there is a logged in, but when not, this icon does appear. 1 – Are you using the latest version of the theme? Please send admin login credentials to support@wt.ax, so I can check if it an icon font conflict with third party plugin is happening.

2 – If you are using the back end WordPress editor, you have the official Woocommerce Bookings documentation. I don’t know if I can share the direct link here because of Envato guidelines.

For front end editor, there are two examples of bookings included on the demo import, which you can verify the settings. Anyway, the settings are very similar with the back end editor.

3 – Sorry, not available currently.

4 – You will need to use a child theme and customize the “amenities” output in:

\listar\template-parts\directory-parts\single-listing-parts\listing-description.php

Hello. I’m having issues with the SMTP. I am using cloudways and am using ElasticMail and RackspaceMail. However when I try to put my email in the From section it says “Please enter a valid email address in the ‘FROM’ field. Settings are not saved.” When I uninstalled the addon my site was able to send emails but once I reinstalled it says i have not setup messaging. Also the pictures they posted on the Easy SMTP site is no longer up to date.

To update I’m able to use the WP Mail SMTP (bird logo) with no problem.

For correct SMTP configuration, the theme is integrated with WP Easy SMTP and WP Mail SMTP. It seems you have properly configured WP Mail SMTP, let me know if you are dealing with any issue yet.
