The login process from PLESK does not work under PHP 8. I have the change to PHP 7 to login. Autoupdate is the other problem with PHP 8.

I haven’t worked on the shop since long, but just started few days ago. I made a backup first, then I started updating plugins, Woocommerce, Wordpress etc.
Later I noticed the black screen popup filling my whole screen with an X in the upper corner whenever a link within the website was clicked. I checked the version of my parent’s theme: It was 1.8
The downloadable version on the Envato Market was something like 1.7xxx
So, guessing that the 1.8 version was problematic, I downgraded the parent’s theme: Black screen was gone.
But there are some missing titles, missing footers, missing parts now on the whole website, which I try to understand the causes and reasons now.

Hi, how does theme update work? is it automatic? or is it done manually and do I get a notice? If this is included in support then I will renew it, I have not needed support since I installed it, but if this includes theme updates I will renew as I am having issues with both themes I purchased. serious jquery issue – black screen – this theme NEED to be updated!!!! Black screen after WordPress 5.6 update
This error happens because the newest WordPress version dropped support for the older jQuery version. In some themes, there is not update Swipebox jQuery library which is causing this problem. UNFORTUNATELY the below does not help??? If you are using a theme that was not updated yet, you can install the jQuery migrate helper plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and set the jQuery Version option to Legacy 1.12.4-wp. You can find this option in Tools -> jQuery Migrate.
